This is the 2nd time I have used them and both times have been great experience's. Very professional and always on time. Prices have remained the same for 18 months. I would highly recommend them.

Great service from Larry and his Staff. They were always In constant communication with us letting us know what was going on with the project and they were always available for us when we had any questions for them. We will definitely use Larry when any plumbing needs arise in the future.

I spoke with Shelby regarding an appointment confusion with my warranty provider and she became very Belligerent. She also contacted my warranty company and lied telling them I needed sooner service. I confronted her and she told me she was doing me a favor. If Shelby is representation of this company, I don’t recommend this company!!

Great professional plumbers. Had a broken garbage disposal and they identified the broken part and fixed it in one appointment. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Michael was on time and explained everything very clearly, helping us find and fix a leak in an upstairs fixture. He also flushed a tankless heater and had everything done in a friendly and timely fashion. Scheduling was also a breeze and they called to let me know/confirm that Michael was on the way. Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

They’re booked solid for months so don’t expect quick service. But, I know the owner and he and his team are some of the finest people in the plumbing industry. Our company did his personal roof and he’s always great and fair to deal with.

We had a busted water line due to this horrible Texas freeze. Could not get any other plumbers to answer their phone. Not only did these two come the same day we called, but they were here within 2 hours of us calling. They came after hours for this emergency call. Gave us options for the repair and had it fixed with running water in less than 30 minutes!!! We are sooooo grateful! Highly recommended- will definitely use again!

Steven came to adjust water run due to faulty flapper in the tank. After evaluation, ended up replacing toilet, but was completely under warranty for us. KMP is our exclusive company for plumbing and time after time they’ve proven to us their fairness, dependability, knowledge and friendliness. Steven exhibits all this- keep up the good work!

Christian @ Accurate Leak worked us in when they had a two week lead time for a hot water slab leak. Everyone we worked with were professional and courteous, could not be happier with their work. We would 100% recommend this company to anyone unfortunate enough to need their services. Leaks are not fun but these guys made it bearable for us.

Very unresponsive company. Asked to be called by Codey for ten times. It’s been a month nobody contacted me yet

Charged me; $300 didn't fix anything. Ended up needed a new water heater. I could have just saved the $300 and applied it to that. They just charged me the service trip. Lied and said they fixed it but didn't.

They only take responsibility when the work is done and if something they break they will blame it on u. So stay away from this company.

First, let me say Dusty was informative and was willing to teach me his entire process when I asked.Based on his professionalism and willingness to answer all my questions, I will use this company and request him personally in the future.I can’t really say how competitive this company is compared to other plumbers since this is the first one i called. I paid $275 dollars to have an expansion tank replaced on a water heater and it took about 45 minutes to complete complete.I will reach out to other plumbing companies now to see if Roto Rooter is competitive and I I got the best value for this repair.

I had an issue with a leaking water line outside my house and called Mr Stalcup. He arrived a few minutes later and quickly found the problem and was able to fix it in a couple of hours. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He cleaned up afterwards and left everything looking good as new. I am happy with the service I received and will be sure to call him first anytime I have plumbing needs in the future.

Excellent Work. We were impressed by the timing, and the well respected manner that the young man displayed. Prices are super reasonable, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work. Both of our bathrooms were flooding, and they cleared the back-up pipe outside. The one thing that impressed me, was their HONESTY. Keep up the great work guys.
