We contacted ProFix Plumbing about a clog/slow drain in our toilet and a sink repair for our guest bathroom, having them recommended by multiple people. They were quick to get back to me via e-mail and were eager to help solve our problem. They were on-time each time they came by and very efficient with their work and laid out multiple options on how to proceed. It was determined that the best plan was to have to dig under the house to address the issue in the pipe/line and with the cost being more than we expected, they threw in the sink repair at no charge and installed a new faucet for us. The contractors they used for the dig were on-time and efficient as well. I highly recommend using them for any and all of plumbing needs that you may have.

Cory did a great job, gave an honest quote that was way under a previous quote I received. Came back out the next day and did a great job. Saved the drywall cutout and gave me a heads up on any options throughout the process. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I called to ask a question about pulling a permit and the lady on the phone asked for what. I explained to her my situation and she was like no we don't pull for someone else's work. I'm not a plumber, I don't know how this works. So I say well can you rework and she says no we don't do that either, Click! She just hangs up in my face. No sorry we can't help. She was very rude and unprofessional. I would never give them business talking with her.

They forgot to come in the time that they said. When we called they said they forgot. Supposed to be 9 to 11. And they didn’t get here until 215. Offered five dollar discount for it. When we called his boss to find out if he could do more he said rudely if you don’t like it pay him and don’t call us again.

Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I have used Lasiter Plumbing ever since we moved to Fort Worth in mid 2014. My husband is quite ill, and Gary (dispatcher at Lasiter) has gone out of his way to help us. He helped us determine what fixtures we needed in our bathroom, and they have helped immensely. Today we had Lasiter come (Miguel) and learned that we needed a new kitchen faucet. The installation would normally require another appointment. Because we are in the midst of complicated medical treatment with only 24-hour appointment notice from day to day, it's impossible for us to schedule anything else right now, so Gary moved heaven and earth to allow Miguel to come back the same day to install the faucet! What other company would do that? NONE!!! We have had Lasiter do at least five jobs for us already. Every single person they have sent has been wonderful. Miguel, today, was such a skilled gentleman. He did a perfect job and left the kitchen spotless. We thank Miguel, Gary, all the Lasiter workers we have had, and the Lasiter family for providing such marvelous, high-quality service.

I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them not only because they are great at their job but also because it’s important to support family business. I'm not a plumber, a mechanic, a painter, etc. by any means but like a lot of men I've picked up a lot of stuff throughout the years helping my dad fix stuff around the house... So I gave it my best to fix a leak in my yard the last 3 days and as I seemed to be making good progress, I discovered more problems than I initially thought I had. In any case, the boys here took care of me, got everything fixed up, and even gave me some advice/ insight along the way when I was trying to fix it myself.
