Excellent service provided well beyond expectation. They were very professional from the moment I contacted Patrick about our water pipe leak to the moment Jon resolved our issue. I felt assured that he and his team were very trustworthy, and were giving me honest and reliable information for the best available options to fix our slab leak. On the day of the project, Jon and his team found some hidden piping route irregularities that were caused by the previous homeowner. Instead of just casting those aside and proceeding with the simpler job we originally agreed to, Jon went ahead and fixed the new issues that were found as well. The added work was very labor intensive and they surely did not have to do so. The fact they did without any hesitation, or added charge, and provided us with a much more modern cold water pipe line, as well as completely fixing our original leak issue was incredible. I reached out to M2 after the recent freeze. I was put on a waiting list, understandably, due to the high demand. The plumbers arrived yesterday and did a quick inspection and diagnosis of what occurred. I was fortunate in that it wasn’t an issue that needed to be remedied. I also had a problem with my hot water heater, but they informed me that they needed to prioritize customers that are still without water and would need to come back. I respect that. The plumbers were friendly, professional and explained the issue to me. I will definitely use them again!

I got estimates from multiple plumbers. Shrader was by far the most fairly priced and they were the only plumber to recommend a less costly repair than a major investment. The guys who came were professional and quick. Plus they reviewed all the completed work with me to make sure that I knew all that had been done. They are my new go to guys.Also -- James Tuck is a rock star. He's meticulous about his work and treats every customer like family.

Herbert Barrios was very professional. He took his time checking the heat pump.and did a very thourough job. He offered some parts that will help with power surges and may save a lot of money and wear and tear on this new unit.

I had 5 other plumbing companies come to my home to attempt to find my leak but none performed the necessary due diligence and ultimately the other companies gave me their best guess - none of which was the real problem. Michelangelo Plumbing meticulously analyzed every inch of my plumbing and delivered a real problem supported by their data. My advice, do not hire a major company because you'll receive a best guess and over priced quote to repair - go with Michelangelo Plumbing and I promise you'll be satisfied with their work!
