I made 5 attempts over a two week period to contact this business regarding some work on basement pipes I needed done. I called three times, left voicemails, and submitted two requests online through their website, with my contact number and my email. Not once did anyone return any of my calls, respond to any of my voicemails, or respond to any of the requests I submitted online. Again, 5 attempts over two weeks with ZERO response from anyone there. Maybe they're a good company, but their customer service/response is in the toilet. Maybe business is booming so much, they can just disregard service requests.

Michael was able to save us money by retrieving a broken screw from our garbage disposal vs. recommended a new one. He also saved us money on repairing a sink stopper where he didn't have to disassemble the entire sink. He was also able to clean out a clogged drain that I thought had to be cleared by removing the pipes under the sink. The bottom stopper was over tightened and he showed me how to clear on my own the next time it stopped up. Would highly recommend Master Repair Plumbing!!

They are price gouging. Charging up to $450 an hour to replace a tankless hot water heater. Coming to the neighborhood on Sunday so they can charge more. Going door to door to get business

Caleb (Big Country) did a great job with installing it. I never knew the water pressure in my house was so low all these years. It’s quite a change having water come out nice and strong! We had our main line clogged up in one of our bathrooms, toilet was clogged up which caused a big mess in our tub and shower area as well. My husband called this company and they came out in a short period of time. Our plumber was Steve! Steve was very professional and knowledgeable! He was able to educate us on the issue and fix our main line. Very affordable prices and was able to fix our issue!
