Great service by Robert and George. They took photos of potential issues and explained what can be done. No hard sell pressure, it was very cordial. We discussed one of the issues they pointed out and I am considering the other (purchasing new equipment). Great experience, so I will also sign up for their yearly service, again.

Tyler was very pleasant and professional. He replaced the fill valve and flapper in both my toilets. All is working great now. Pricing was very competitive and scheduling was quick.

Larry Stinson Plumbing did a great job replacing our garbage disposal, kitchen faucet and repairing leaks last week. The plumber was very knowledgeable and quickly answered all questions we had about the new parts. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Black Tie Plumbing came out to my house to make sure there were no under ground leaks. I didn't have to be here but they came out, did their job and sent me a report the same day.

Called out one of the big name companies in Weatherford to diagnose and repair a leak under my pier and beam house. The quote I got was more than a little unbelievable, so fortunately I got a second opinion. Master Repair sent Jack out and not only did he find the leak, he fixed it for a THIRD of the price I was quoted by the other guys. He was polite, helpful and went above and beyond to check that everything held, there were no more leaks and even helped with an additional problem with another line. I highly recommend these guys and I won't call anyone else if I don't have to.

To replace two faucets cost me over $1200. One had to have a cut out from the inside wall. One faucet has the plastic line showing from the outside and I have to use both hands to turn on/off because it isn't secured. I will never refer this company because of price and quality of work.

I called Travis to help with a busted pipe at my parents house. He jumped right on it and got there quick. He was able to fix the leak and discovered a new one. He took great care of my parents when I couldn’t get there! Highly recommend drain one!

I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. KMP replaced an outdoor sump pump that I purchased. I was grateful for the professional and friendly plumber (Clannad Duffy). He was a great representative for KMP plumbing and if I need any further plumbing work I will call KMP and request Clannad Duffy. You should be very glad he is part of your company. I do not know who his helper was but he seemed like a very hard worker.
