Had a sewer line issue. James came out and located issue right away with camera. Ended up having to jackhammer through slab to get to break. Work was very professional and super clean. I would highly recommend James and Master Repair for any work!

We just moved in and woke the next morning to find we had no hot water in the master bath!! Shawn and Daniel came out quick and fixed us right up!! We can steam away in either shower now. They also corrected the flip flop of water temps at the kitchen sink as well as took a look at a random leak out back. These guys were very polite, came in and went straight to getting it done!!

DFW Pipe & Plumbing really came through. I contacted their competition but they told me 2 weeks to get on the schedule. Not DFW Pipe. They came and gave me an estimate the same day and fixed my slab leak the next. Better yet, they did not nickle and dime me. I paid what was quoted, even though the job was not as anticipated. We've been using James Rowe Plumbing for the past 3 years and I cannot recommend them enough. After a terrible experience with Baker Brothers, my husband somehow found James Rowe. The customer service is beyond anything I've experienced with a home services company. They provide service windows that are reasonable for a working person, without having to take off a whole day sitting around waiting. When they say they'll call ahead before they show up, they actually do! Their prices are reasonable. Every person I've dealt with from this company couldn't be nicer. They take time to answer your questions and you never feel like they're put out or in a rush. I highly recommend using them. It feels personal. They treat you like a client rather than just another nameless house on a list they've got to check off before the end of the day.
