Ben and his helper were great! I had a toilet overflowing so to avoid more damage, I turned off the water and suspected a sewer blockage. I called Made's and Ben put me on the same day schedule even though he already had other jobs lined up. They finished the other jobs earlier and came to the rescue! Very professional, helpful and fair. They went the extra mile and checked the root cause of the problem so they not just fixed the blockage but they also repair the sewer pipe that was broken and caused the issue in the first place. I recommend Made's Plumbing 100%!

Ernies Plumbing came out assess the problem right away. I felt they knew I didn't have any knowledge of plumbing, but show me what the problem happen to be fix it. Just had a faulty exterior faucet replaced on my home this morning. 7Apr2016.

I was at work but the crew were very professional. They explained the cost/options to my mother who was house sitting for me and allowed her time to reach me to authorize the repair.

I called at 3pm the day before and was told they'd be there first thing in the morning and they were. Customer service was exceptional and I'll definitely use their services if needed in the future.

Also have to mention they have very fair pricing. My cost was $215 for a new faucet. Other plumbers quoted me 250 to even start the job and the cost would go up once they start the job.

I would like to first start by saying Troy and Steven are SO AWESOME!!! They came out diagnosed my issue with in an hour and provided an amazing price to get the repairs completed! Signed the bid and within 1 day they were at my house completing the repairs. Very easy to work with and FAST. Repairs are done and ALL of the dirt that was removed from under my home has disappeared like NOTHING was ever wrong! Thank you Horizon for helping me in this time of need you have been amazing and I will be using you guys in the future!! THANK YOU TROY and STEVEN I will be a lifer customer!

Roy did an amazing job repairing a slab leak that we had. He worked his butt off to find the leak and repair it. He is a very nice guy, dependable, on time, and offers a fair price. I would recommend him for any plumbing job.
