Best A/C System Maintenance in Arlington TX

I tried their plumbing service that is included in my membership for the very first time. Tommy is the assigned plumber. He went through all pipes and explained in detail which part works well and which doesn't. He is able to answer my questions and teaches me a few things. He then replaced and repaired what needed to be done on the same day and did not make any mess :). A great service, with a knowledgeable and experienced employee!

Fair pricing, knowledgeable and kind staff, and efficient repairs. Will use again!

Dan came out at the time that was appointed. I found him to be very proficient and professional and courteous. After inspecting the unit and the thermostat he explained and my needs and my options. It is very nice meeting him.

Michael was outstanding! He was on time. He wore a mask. (Not necessary, but highly respectful.). He wore booties which my new floors appreciated. He installed 2 garbage disposals, with all associated plumbing, an air switches for the disposals, 2 touchless faucets, and a touchless soap dispenser. Everything was clean when he left and I could not be more pleased with his work. I only gave him five stars because they would not allow six. Hiring professionals is always a gamble. Assuming that everyone at Master Repair Plumbing is like Michael, your risk dramatically decreases with this company.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would, but 1 star is the lowest option. I called this company out to fix my washer. Day #1 the plumber got is equipment stuck in the drain and had to leave it over night. Day #2 he got his equipment unstuck, but did not fix the drainage issue. THEN he demanded I pay him for the service call. So 2 days of “working” on the drainage issue the washer was still not fixed and I was bullied into paying for service that was not completed.

Extremely knowledgeable and dependable family company. I've used Bernard Slab and Plumbing more than once and yet still happy with their service. I recommend Bernard Company.

I had an emergency with my central unit not cooling. They came within an hour after calling and quickly assessed the situation. Also provide information on what additional services I might need down the line and helped me weight my options with no pressure.

We have a contract with a sewer line service company. Completely useless so we called Roto Rooter. The service man Kody was absolutely customer focused. Our line from house to city sewer was clogged. Cleared the line and used s camera to view the line as it runs right next to a huge oak. I was able to view the line and now have a good idea about future requirements. Kody answered all of my questions. He arrived on time.

Quick response time. I was told 1-2 hours, they arrived in 30 minutes. Wes was very thorough and was able to figure out what was causing the back up. Good company. Definitely recommend using them.

I scheduled a routine maintenance to check my AC unit before turning it on. And the technician did a great job &didn’t try to sell me anything above and beyond the service that I requested and he thoroughly checked out the system and even washed off the exterior compressor. Metro Energy installed my new unit five years ago in and it’s been great.

Junior was very professional and did a great job with his inspection. He explained the details of the work very cleary and made sure everything easy to digest.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
