They were professional, competent and I am very satisfied with the installation of two hose bibb faucets.

used these folks twice now have been very happy. They get straight to the point and give you clear and understandable information as to what it is going with your plumbing and what they need to do to fix it. I feel their prices are fair and their techs are knowledgeable and friendly.

We have a new HVAC system installed this past October. It works It just the system has idiosyncrasies we had to learn the ability to view our system on our computer helped us learn what our heat exchange does when we see a puddle of water. All great now.

Had a small issue with a leak with the plumbing that was installed by them through the builder. Micaela was awesome with getting it taken care of. She dispatched a technician as quick as she could and had them repair it as well as getting the appropriate warranty personnel involved even though that was not her department.

Plumbing issues are the worst to have but having someone like that on your team that understands a consumer and makes it easier to deal with.

Horizon plumbing and their team are great, would use them again if I ever have issues in the future.

Amazing all around! I had a leak in my washroom and Roy replied immediately, and came out the next morning to fix it. He showed me what was wrong, what needed to be done and fixed everything promptly. Hus attention to detail.and customer service was beyond what I could ever ask for. He went above & beyond by even teaching me how to turn of my main water line. 10/10 would recommend !!! Such a great guy and kind spirit!!

I had an appointment with them for 2/14. There was a big storm and they never showed up. I understand why they didn't come out but they also never called to say they won't be making it. I called to see when they could make it out. He asked if Friday would work. I asked if he could do it sooner then he hung up on me. I called back and he didn't answer. I called one more time. He answered and hung up immediately. I get that you can't expect people to drive through the snow out here but to just refuse to talk to me is childish.

Big Bear has been great to deal with. They were prompt and on time to give me the proposal, they were able to accommodate a special request and their prices were in line with other reputable companies. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them.

What I thought would be a small problem ended up being much more complicated. Ben and Gary were very patient and helpful. They answered all my questions and were very thorough in their diagnosis of the issue and in giving me multiple options for addressing a very large problem. Really appreciate them.

Needing a Plumber is something we all don't want to have to do. Dave, is one that you can depend on to do a superior Job. Customer Service is superior! Getting the job done in good time. Arrives when he said he would. This is one Good Company. I highly recommend. Prices are good and the fact that He explained what was the problem and fixed it was a relief. I called them a month after another local company cleaned out my drain line and told we I would have to replace the entire system due to collapsed pipes. Jamie came out and cleaned the line and got it draining, and then used a camera to inspect the line all the way to the street, where we were able to see the pipes were not collapsed but had some roots at a few pipe joints that could be managed with an occasional clean out

Would absolutely use these folks again for any plumbing issues. They were so helpful when our faucet broke leaving our water with no way to turn off. They re-arranged their day to squeeze us in, and to help us! They saved the day!

I loved our experience with Local Plumbers Grand Prairie TX. Fast to respond, tons of texts with information on arrival times and the process, plus Scott was incredibly helpful and fixed our cracked valve quickly! We'll be hiring them again if we have more plumbing issues in the future.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
