Willie came out to check our furnace today for its yearly check up & thank goodness he did. We had a new roof put on last month & apparently they knocked flue pipe loose & did not put the roof crown above roofline.
We are just lucky we had not turned on the heat yet.....scary! Anyway, Willie will be back on Friday to replace & fix everything. So happy we have a maintenance plan with them.

The first impression of an into plumbing was good with just the phone call. Mike answered and was very helpful and took the time to diagnose and ask questions. We set up a same-day appointment and Buddy came and replaced two faucets. He did a good job replacing the faucets, lines, and shut-off valves with no issues so far. He was very nice and respectful. I'm very happy that I chose them especially since they were half the price as some of their competitors. I would highly recommend them and at least call them for a quote.

I've used Complete Plumbing Solutions a few times for both emergency issues and small issues in my home. Dureck Locklear is prompt and professional, and I know I'm getting quality work every time from an honest person. After he repaired my broken shower, he also adjusted the pressure so that it was perfect for me. On a different visit when water was leaking through the kitchen ceiling from the upstairs tub/shower, he also noticed my kitchen faucet handle needed repair. He grabbed a part out of the truck, and just fixed it for me there on the spot. He's a great guy and does great work!

We had a good consultation on our water heater. The repairman was knowledgeable and worked us through that would need to be done and why so we knew what we would be paying for. Their quote was consistent with other services we had come out, however they were the most thorough.

I called two of the most advertised plumbing companies on TV to get an estimate on replacing 3 outdoor hose bibs. They would only give an estimate if a technician came out - $49 for one & $79 for the other. Decided to call Ernie's based on an Angie's List recommendation and not only did they come out to do a free estimate, but Pete was here in less than 1/2 hour. Pete is a very professional plumber who was courteous throughout the process. He listened to what I was trying to achieve and offered several options which worked perfectly.
