Alfredo Ramirez was my service representative. He was very professional and knowledgable . He provided a diagnostic evaluation that was correct and made the repairs in a timely manner. He has a great personality and makes you feel at ease. He explains things throughly and makes sure you understand what is going on and what the cost is going to be. I am very pleased with the service I received and I will gladly recommend Lees Air and Alfredo Ramirez.

Overly Satisfied with the work and communication. Chris runs an honest business, is hard working, prices jobs much cheaper than the others, and does better work. His equipment is top of the line. When doing our job He shared the camera views, explained the most likely problem as well as other potential issues that we may run into, while giving me an estimate of the costs for each stage that may or may not need to be addressed. Better then that, He also took the time to share with me at each stage if other issues were in play. Thankfully only the primary issue was all that needed his attention. After the initial call his team was out within 2 hours, and Chris and his team were back within 24 hours to complete the work, leaving the job site as cleaner than when he arrived. This included digging a six foot trench by hand in my front yard to access the broken sewage main out of my house. I HAVE A NEW ON CALL PLUMBER as nobody can hit all three business aspects like Chris' Rooter does; fare, honest, and quality work!

Wonderful experience with this company and the owner! My laundry room flooded when I was doing a load of laundry and water was simultaneously backing up into my kitchen sink. When I originally called to see if they could help me I was immediately put at ease by the phone call - James (the owner) answered all of my questions and was very kind and patient. When he came out to my house he was very nice and professional and fixed the issue easily! Well under an hour, and he had me run the washer while he was there just to be sure it was all draining properly again and to put my mind at ease. I’m so thankful! I’m also happy to find out they do general plumbing repairs/work too, so this will be my go-to company from now on! Yay! Highly recommend!

Jerry was professional, he knew exactly what he was doing & was very honest. When it came time to show me what was wrong he explained it to me in detail & showed me footage of what he had captured. I had called a few other plumbing companies to see if they could help fix the issue & they didn't show me any footage & they were charging an arm & a leg. Yikes! Thanks again Jerry for your honesty.

what a FAST RESPONSE. My shower knobs broke so I gave them a call and they came out the same day and fixed it.
Very polite, courteous and clean. I definitely recommend them to anyone that has plumbing needs.

Mid July we had a leak on the main water line. Tech came out and said we would have a better value using Lees plumbing, promoting a competitor, but we used Roto Rooter in the past so we called them. Tech said it was a small little rubber piece to be replaced in the main water line and he would go buy it the following Monday and bring it over. This $4 piece cost us $350. A week later, while replacing pipes, our contractor found no piece was even installed! Scammed out of a service. Called the company and spoke to Mike Hopkins about a refund, he said he would take our word for it and issue a refund on July 27th. It is now September 18th and no refund. This company gives a run around and Mike Hopkins or the Branch Manager haven’t called me back after over 5 attempts. I even called corporate and they said this is a privately owned franchise and they can’t do anything about it. I am still waiting for the Branch manager to call me. This is beyond ridiculous
