Hero's! You don’t know how much you need running water until you don’t have it. I called Snakes and Laterals on Black Friday, fully expecting to schedule for some time out. I was shocked when they sent someone out same day! They took a look at the issue and said they would try and get me on for next day service. Sure enough, their crew showed up and had the problem fixed in about 30 minutes. They were professional and had us back up and running in no time. We’re really grateful they were able to turn things around so quickly and will def use them again when we have another plumbing project. True heros!

Update:

We had a new leak in another spot and called Snakes and Laterals to come out again. They were on time, professional, did a thorough leak detection and found our issue. The tech they sent out knew his stuff and implemented a good fix. He cleaned up the debris from leak detecting and left things in a good state. I’m really happy with the work they did!

Water drainage problem which they repaired within 24 hours. Excellent service and people!

I had some sinks replaced about a year ago. A tough job that was completed wonderfully! Had a new issue with a leak arise a couple of days ago, and they responded, came out and fixed it immediately!

I had a pipe break in my master bath on a Wednesday evening. I called Snake 'N' Laterals the following morning and they had it fixed by the evening. Very responsive and proficient crew ! I had a drainage emergency and called after office hours. Their office returned the call immediately and addressed the issue first thing in the morning !

Paid for their services and got no resolution. They charge me 200 the first time and I had to call them to come again because my drains were still backed up, 2nd time I was charged again and still the same issue next day… now I’m asking for them to take responsibility and find out why it’s continuing but I’m met with we’re sorry my boss said I’m not able to go out there to your house, we’re not warrantied for our service because I express how wrong of them to continue to charge me when my plumbing is not getting fix. They can’t even tell me what’s wrong after paying all this money!

Snake'n'laterals came our home right before the holidays for a leak. Gricelda was the best at setting us up with a technician and was super nice she made the it super easy and simple to book an appointment. Angel was the technician and he was the best ! I was having problems with what I thought was my garbage disposal. Turned out I had grease clogged pipes. Nate cleaned both my sinks out and fixed the problem. We discovered a crack in our mainline on Saturday afternoon and today (Tuesday afternoon) it is all fixed. Very responsive, very professional and would definitely recommend.

I called at midnight and did not leave a message but still got a call back just after 8AM that morning and I had a teck at my business by 10:30AM and job was completed with in 2hours it was a normal clogged drain.
