I tried this company after reading their reviews on Angie's List. They were as good as they said. ON TIME, friendly and they really took the time on the phone with me with all my gazillion questions. When Dan came out he was so nice and they put me in a good mood and made me laugh and before I knew it, the pipe was all cleaned out and I was good to go. They even cleaned up while I paid the bill and it was like nothing ever happened. Love them!!!

Yangs plumbing was amazing, tried to snake our drain but the clog was pretty bad! He ended up hydro flushing and everything is great! Would highly recommend!

We had a water leak in our attic. I called several plumbers to get a repair person out. The only one that responded in a timely fashion was Lee's Air. Even though it was a holiday, the dispatched a repair person out. Michael Sanders was not only knowledgeable and professional, he was honest and truthful. He got the job done quickly and was extremely personable. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing and hvac needs.

Tod and his daughter are an amazing combo in repairing our two water leaks. Tod is very knowledgeable and offers important advice on handling our piping situation. If I have additional questions or concerns, he is willing to listen and help. Price is extremely reasonable and has to be better than any other large competitors in town. I HIGHLY recommended!!

Being our AC was in desire need of being serviced, I called a close friend to ask who they used for their AC needs. They have been extremely pleased with Art Douglas. I called and scheduled for the following day. Steve arrived on time and was friendly, professional, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He asked questions regarding the history of our unit. Initially, he checked the Freon and shared with me how much a unit holds and how much I need, prior to assessing the rest of the AC unit. Taking into consideration how old our unit is, I was the one who questioned about a new unit. Steve was patient and very thorough in answering all my questions regarding our existing unit and a new one, without any sales pressure what so ever. Not wanting to put too much money into an old unit, I told Steve it would be wise on our part if we purchased a new one. Steve was generous with his time, and I was pleased with his attention to detail. He explained the features of the new unit and how it’s installed, and replaced the thermostat and set up the Sensi thermostat on my phone.
Omar and his crew arrived the next morning and installed the new unit. They were professional, courteous, and devoted to their profession, working hard the entire time. They kept me informed of the work they were doing, which I appreciated. Upon completion, Omar was thorough in explaining all they had done and he reviewed all warranties and the Superiorcare Agreement with me. Quality service is guaranteed! It is obvious Omar and his team take great pride and pleasure in what they do and working for Art Douglas. They truly care about their customers and their quality of work. We very much appreciate the prompt, professional service and will most definitely be calling on them for future maintenance AND plumbing as well. We are enjoying our new HVAC and appreciate the one year service plan which is included. Overall, a great experience, a great team, great service, and a great company! They said my grandmother needed her line replaced for 5,000 dollars and there was nothing they could do. Their visit led to more problems with our plumbing. They were going to charge us to come back out. We called cost less plumbing and they cleared and out and found the blockage. They are double checked things.
