Tech called 30 min before arrival. Got there right on time and was very courteous. Went right to work after I explained the issue. After a few min of Diagnostics he found the problem and explained to me what it was and gave me a price on the spot to fix the problem. Whole thing took just about an hour.. Very happy with the whole experience.. Thank you

$95 to have a technician come out to give a quote on replacing a water heater? Hahaha no thanks.

I had a leak under my mobile home. Al arrived within an hour and fixed the leak very quickly. He was friendly & explained everything clearly.

Apparently they have a customer named Pinney and they keep sending me emails after I've asked them not to.

They came out to replace a valve on my tub/shower, they soaked my bathroom, including my antique cabinet, and left the tub where you can’t turn the water all the way off. They left as 6 o clock on a Friday and now have declined and potentially blocked my phone number refusing to speak to me habout fixing it. If you want one problem fixed only to have a worse one left behind, go with this company. I’m a single mother, and don’t have any spare time or money to be dealing with this

When our water heater stopped working, we were promptly given an appointment for the same day. Jeremy from Art Douglas gave us our options and was ready to work on the unit right away. Everyone I talked to was professional and helpful. I will be working with this company in the future.

Travis was very knowledgeable about the issue and was able to repair it the same day. He explained in detail exactly what he was doing and went above and beyond the regular customer service you expect from a plumbing company. Enjoying my hot showers once again!
