I'm a tough sell and a firm believer in good old fashioned customer service and they passed with flying colors. They were an absolute delight to do business with and I highly recommend them.
My Dad had a gas leak from his 10 month old water heater due to a defective controller, so my Dad hadn't had hot water since Thursday while we waited for the new one to arrive from Rheem. I surprisingly received it late Friday, and really didn't expect to find a licensed plumber to work on a Saturday at the authorized dollar amount per Rheem warranty, but Al Sr. & Al Jr. didn't hesitate. They did a great job and I can rest easy knowing my 90 year old Dad can take a nice hot shower tonight.

Worst company ever.. they tried to blame my home warranty company for there tech breaking my unit.... Worst company ever and the lady who answered the phone cursed at me I'm suing

I called and they were courteous and professional. They provided a number to be able to text for services and to receive service information. When the person would be arriving. The men who arrived were courteous. Explained everything. Covered their shoes. Didn’t make a mess in the kitchen. Definitely will call for all plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with Art Douglas Plumbing, specifically Robert, our technician. Although it was not the cheapest quote we got, we went with them because of professionalism, quality, and peace of mind knowing they pulled permits and the city came out and checked the work. We were very happy with the end result.

Responsive communication over the weekend through emails. Needed service ASAP. Scheduling was quick and easy over the phone. They were even able to put me on an earlier schedule. Repair Tech Sophea was great. Knowledgeable and provided great service. Went above and beyond to answer any of my questions.

I called Tod to fix a broken kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. He was at my house within a few minutes and got right to work. He was very professional and personable. The replacement faucet I purchased didn't fit my sink and I had to go buy a different one. Tod had to make a second trip back to my house to install it. He didn't complain and was very accommodating. He came back to my house about an hour later and had the new faucet installed in no time. After the install he noticed that my garbage disposal drain line was loose and he fixed it for free. That could have been a disaster if he hadn't noticed it. Tod even inspected my water heater to make sure I didn't have any leaks or corrosion. What great service! Great job Clovis Plumbing Services!

My water heater stopped working, so my landlord called Goode Plumbing to come after regular business hours to take a look at it. Travis was very knowledgeable about the issue and was able to repair it the same day. He explained in detail exactly what he was doing and went above and beyond the regular customer service you expect from a plumbing company. Enjoying my hot showers once again!

Normally I go through AHS because this is seasonal issue with the tree roots backing up my sewer line. They had always used PR Plumbing that's how I know the name. However today they did not!!! And they sent some jack leg Plumbing co out WHO DID NOTHING and my service fee was gone. And I MEAN NOTHING!!! I fussed and cussed then I said you know let me just call PR myself because they have been here many times before and have always got the job done!!! Once again they DID IT !!! I have never had any problems with them! They always take care you and make sure the problem is clear and complete. Zack was a pleasure today!!! Thank you PR PLUMBING
