The company called me on Thursday saying Friday between 12 and five they will be out there to replace the AC part that bad they never called to say that they were running behind they never did anything to let me know that they were not coming I had away all weekend to get a hold of them and then when I finally did talk to them she told me between 9 o’clock and 12 so will be out there to fix the AC but yet they still have not showed up I will never recommend them

The company was in touch start to finish. Everyone else was giving us days until they could come give us an estimate they were there within the day!. Everyone that we dealt with was friendly, informative, and respectful.

Armando was super helpful and personable. Even stayed to help call someone because Lee's couldnt help in my situation. He sincerely wanted me to get the service and assistance i needed. I appreciate him very much and hope whenever i call Lee's plumbing services, armando is the tech i get!

Called and scheduled the Revitalization Service....Came out as promised and timing was perfect. Service technician Joseph Negrate was a superstar. Very professional and respectful to our needs. Richard was amazing! Very professional and respectful of the unit. He definitely took his time to make sure everything was working while being short staff. The AC/ heating unit works amazingly and way better than before!! You can tell he is passionate about what he does!!

PDS Plumbing and Air is amazing! Called this morning At 7 am with a concern, and 20 min later my call was return and an appointment booked! Technicians (Andrew and Trevor) arrived at 10 am in the dot. Not only were they knowledgeable but their customer serve was bar none! They quickly serviced and repaired, and the price was super reasonable! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs!

They came over, found my under-slab leak and with-in one day excavated, repaired, and backfilled leaving my floor ready to re-tile. I now only use D&S for all my HVAC and plumbing needs.
