Our system was blowing warm air, we feared a big pocket strain. We called the office, & got an appointment with Omar the very next day. He checked the thermostat settings, & informed us it was on the conventional settings. Within 15-20 minutes of Omar arriving at our house, we had cold air again and he was leaving. Omar was VERY professional & even pleased my 6year old by listening to her random stories about our life LOL High five for prompt service & great hospitality! Thanks guys, we appreciate you!

They were amazing, worked quickly and in such a beautiful manner. They even called to check up on us. We were living in a hot box it was broken for over a month. And once they received the green light from my landlord they came right away and installed a new one. I have 4 children and the man that came to my door said the job usually takes half a day, but they sent out their best to finish in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend they are awesome.

Our air conditioning unit was not working properly, so we had to shut it off. We called Controlled Climates and we had a person come out the next day, find what was wrong, and fix it. He did not leave until our air conditioner was working properly. And of course this all happened when it was over 100° outside, so we really needed it fixed. Dallas was our service tech and he was extremely professional, he knew what he was doing, and he got it done. We will always call Controlled Climates to service our air conditioning/heater.

Super fast ! Sean showed up 20 minutes after i called them. He was super freindly, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He explained everything that was wrong, and exaclty what was needed to be fixed. Very professional!

Sewage backed up in our restroom and Kyle was able to repair it in a timely manner. Kyle is very professional and efficient. The customer service clerk was also very professional and nice. They provided sameday service!
