Vern’s repiped our hot water lines…recent inspection found work to be sloppy…would not recommend

I have been a homeowner at this property for 22 years. The service person from Lee's was professional, thorough and very service oriented. Mark was very detailed and took the time to describe and discuss items of concern relative to the air conditioning system. He well exceeded my expectations. I cannot more highly recommend a service person relative to heating, air conditioning and plumbing than Lee's Air Conditioning, Heating and Building Performance and more particularly, Mark.

The company called me on Thursday saying Friday between 12 and five they will be out there to replace the AC part that bad they never called to say that they were running behind they never did anything to let me know that they were not coming I had away all weekend to get a hold of them and then when I finally did talk to them she told me between 9 o’clock and 12 so will be out there to fix the AC but yet they still have not showed up I will never recommend them

I know I'm a difficult customer(because of my general distrust of contractors) but they did a great job and I would feel confident recommending them to anyone

I dealt with Brandon (I think, sorry it's been a year) and he was very knowledgeable and patient.

Jack did an amazing job at my father’s house. He installed tankless water heater, electrical wiring, and new AC unit. Customer service was top notch. If you need a good contractor that will do the job right and on time, he is the one. He is definitely one of the best in business.

This Plumbing service is Fantastic! My dad was in need of a plumber immediately. Within an hour a technician was at his home and in less than 15 minutes the issue was solved. As if that wasn't enough, I mentioned a discount I had acquired which was immediately taken off our bill. I highly recommend this service. Fast, Friendly and Efficient.

AC went out in afternoon, it was 107 that day. Technicians were there by early evening SAME DAY, diagnosed and got it up and running again. Thanks Lee’s!

Allbritten is amazing and has some of the best staff you can work with.Specifically, I’d like to shout out Frank Wright who I’ve had come to my house multiple times for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. He’s an absolute joy and his work and spirit are both infinitely appreciated.

I called late afternoon for a rental property. They had only one toilet and it was not flushing. They came out same day, was the cheapest and made it a priority since they only had one toilet. I appreciated their professionalism and thorough work. Only ones I will use now for all plumbing and A/C needs!

I had a clog in my sewer line. He came out on a Monday morning and was able to clear it fast. He also gave me a recommendation for a product that would help with the roots in my lines.

Update. He didn't clean it out good enough. It's clogged again after 1 week
