We had our AC go out one night and the next day we called Lee’s and they were able to dispatch a specialist to us that Morning! Daniel Swann showed up within the time timeframe they stated and got to work in figuring out the issue was. He was very detailed in explaining everything to me. As a new homeowner alot of this stuff can be a foreign to us, but he answered all my questions and concerns. Within a few hours he had our AC running and working alot better than what it was. The doggies were also happy the AC was up and running. Thank you Daniel Swann for helping us out today and answering all my questions. Loved the service so much that I made sure to sign up for the yearly membership to avoid having any future issues and make sure I keep up with the maintenance.

When I called this service. The person on phone said there is no charge for check water heater.when the repair guy came he did not tell me what was the fault he opened the box and he talking on phone. After one hour I asked what was the fault. He told me he put new sensors.but he did not put any sensor.he ask me to pay $ 550.00. When I told him that is too much money .he called to company then he said ok I gave u discount pay $340.00. I paid $ 340.00.then he left after couples hour I turned my heater on problem is same . They are unprofessional people .beware this company

The man named Angel claiming to be the highest of them all was so unprofessional and rude! I waited 6 hours in 93 degree weather. I missed a couple calls due to my phone charging but no knock at the door so they can reschedule me 2 days later, mind you I had already been waiting 2 days plus the 6 hours??

This is the GO-TO place! Staff is super friendly and super professional they know what they are doing and they keep you in the loop. They don’t beat around the bush they tell you what the problem is and fix it for you!

Call PDS today. You can get other bids if you want, we did, but we wasted our time. Not only was PDS the best value, they are great people with great management and they treat you fairly. Their team who does install and maintenance speaks highly of the ownership and management and each other. (I KNOW, RIGHT?!?!) I trust them with my Mom and that's saying a lot. They installed a new HVAC system and have been our winter and summer preventative specialists for years and years and years. They are on time, on point and they do excellent work and still charge a totally fair price. I sometimes worry they aren't charging enough, honestly. I will call PDS every time, you should, too.

Tl;dr: punctual, knowledgable, professional, friendly, cost-effective!

Had a bad leak in an iron drain pipe (with concrete slab foundation) and they were able to give a rough estimate over the phone (with the possibility of increase if they couldn't easily access a structurally sound portion of pipe. I called at like 6 yesterday and they were out to fix it today which was great because I couldn't use my kitchen or bathroom sinks as they both used this drain! Angel came within the timeframe they gave and was very professional and knowledgable! He worked really hard to make sure everything was done right and did a wonderful job! Would absolutely recommend D&S to anyone and everyone!
