Best Furnace Maintenance in Fresno CA

Not the rep's fault. It is training & division of labor at the company. (NOTE: I have already had 1 company view the problem & provide options & prices.) I explained my problem in detail with the person setting up my appointment - I needed options & quotes for each option. The guy who showed up was only qualified to do repair, not ideas for options. He could not do the repair (something that should have been obvious from my phone discussion, since they cannot or will not do that type of extreme repair) and was not able to provide other options. (Unfortunate explanation of not my job.) No offer to get someone else out or ask the office to provide additional information to me. A waste of his time as well as mine.

Each site visit has been very pleasant and the job is done quickly. Highly recommend.

Jack did an amazing job at my father’s house. He installed tankless water heater, electrical wiring, and new AC unit. Customer service was top notch. If you need a good contractor that will do the job right and on time, he is the one. He is definitely one of the best in business.

Tyler attempted to get my pilot ignighter to work and replaced the ignighter assembly, but was only able to light the water heater manually. I was still charged $326.

He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. When he needed to replace a small pipe he got the part very quickly, and still completed the job in 2 hours as planned. Highly recommended.
