We needed a good plumber to come out today. Donny was extremely helpful in getting us a quick service call after we had called all over and been unable to get a same day appointment. Dustin came within an hour of the initial call. He was polite, efficient and fixed our problem.

Our family has used Lee's for years and we have always been satisfied with the services they provide. I had originally posted a bad review because I was not satisfied with a previous service. I didn't feel as if the person who came out explained what was wrong with my sink and toilet. Rather than telling me what the issue was, he automatically suggested that I purchase a new faucet and toilet. I felt like it was just a sales pitch and he wanted to get out quickly so that he could finish off his day. He wasn't very professional and didn't seem to have any proper customer service manners.After I wrote my review, I appreciated the fact that the manager Ben personally called along with two schedulers to try to reschedule, come out to my house, and make things better. I was issued a refund for my originally scheduled visit and Ben made sure to come out himself along with Ruben to check out what was going on with my sink and faucet. Both Ben and Ruben were extremely respectful and professional. They thoroughly explained what was going on with my sink and faucet and they were able to fix my issues without having to tell me to go spend a ton of money on new ones. This was the kind of service I had seen in the past, which is why we have always chosen Lee's as our number one company. They even went above and beyond to help me change out one of my smoke detectors because the battery went out. They were super friendly and willing to take the time to answer any of my questions or show me things around the house in case I needed help with anything else. Thank you Ben & Ruben for making up for the last experience. I will be sure to continue to use your company in the future.

Jorge was professional and thorough. He offered options and gave us the lowdown on repairs. He checked our entire duct system for varmit damage and reset our mousetraps. Great service. Great dude. Highly recommend.

We have been wanting to upgrade our kitchen sink & faucet for some time.. Professional, courteous, and got the job done in a good and timely manner.

I called PDS Plumbing & Air for some preventive maintenance. I lucked out because they were running a special. Psy called to let me know he was on his way, he arrived at our scheduled appointment time, replaced the filter, cleaned and answered any questions I had about my unit. We will definitely be using PDS Plumbing & Air in the future!
