Best Faucets in Fresno CA

Same as the other reviews, my home warranty company assigned them. Nancy was unbelievably rude and told me they don't have to respond quickly to warranty customers. It was an awful experience and they never sent anyone. Fortunately, Robertson Plumbing came the next day and fixed the problem without being rude. Avoid this company and Nancy at all costs!

This is a really great company. I often dread having to call a plumber, as I must brace myself for hidden fees and extras beyond the scope of the initial quote, or just being straight up ripped off. These guys were upfront with their prices, pleasant to work with, and they got the job done expertly and quickly. Having a reliable plumber is such a relief. I could not recommend All Star enough. Thanks Bobby!

One of my go to’s for Plumbing and HVAC contracted repairs needed for my community and most of our local communities. They are reasonably priced, come out during the window of time they set and always follow up. Enjoy working with them, from Ramie, Libby and Jose in the office and all the techs that come out! Great!

Joe is a down to earth guy with a passion for his craft.
I would recommend anyone needing a solid plumber to call him for a job.

Called 10am received service by 1pm!! Quality work done first time even had the gas line that was repaired tested by pg&e before my gas was turned back. Definitely will be using them again.

They responded very quickly to our call and set what I believed to be a fair price for cleaning out a drain. While here we asked them to do some other repairs. They did the repairs but charged us the fixed rate of $150 for each repair (cartridge replacement) as if we had called them to our house for that specific repair. In other words, had we called them to make 1 cartridge replacement and they came for that specific reason the charge would have been $150, which presumably would have covered travel time and expense. They charged the same rate even though they were already at our home. Consequently, we wound up being charged a total of $510 (which included parts) for less than 1 hours work (although there were 2 men here). In checking with two other plumbers we were told that once the men were on site and the charge for the initial visit was covered by the original repair, they would not have charged the full set rate for each additional repair. I feel the charges were exorbitant and unfair.
And they had to come back the next day to refix one of the toilets they had repaired. Which they did promptly and without additional charge.

Had a service tech come to my mother-in-law‘s house yesterday to repair the toilet. It was leaking at the base of the toilet and the toilet would run. As I was arriving to the house the technician was leaving. The technician stated that he replaced the flapper in the tank and replace the wax ring at the base and the mounting bolts for the toilet had to be replaced. I asked if he had replaced the seal between the tank and the bowl and he stated no. He did state that he saw it was wet there at that location but did not replace the seal. He said if it dripped, call them back and they would replace the seal. I don’t know why he just didn’t replace it when he was there. But today we found the toilet still leaking again at the base. The toilet wobbles now. And he did not fix the running issue in the tank. I called Kim‘s plumbing back today and stated the issues. The lady I spoke to said that she could not get a technician out today because he would be going into overtime and that we would have to wait till Tuesday. I feel they should have had the technician back out today regardless of their overtime issues! Now we cannot use that restroom for five days because the problem wasn’t fixed properly the first time and due to their overtime issues. I feel the flap in the tank did not have to be replaced. What needed to be replaced in the tank was the lever, the seal between the tank and the bowl should have been replaced, and the wax ring at the base of the toilet should have been replaced. I just hope that they don’t bill again for a problem that was not fixed properly the first time!
