Upgraded and replaced most of the sewer pipe under my house.

Kim's plumbing was out here a year ago and pulled out tree roots, then 1 year later had them out, after I washed a load of cllothes water backed up into my shower, so had them out again, the plumber left and did not tell me anything, then 6 days later I washed a medium load of clothes and dirty water backed up into the shower and toilet, they snaked it again and got nothing. The city sewer line is right outside my garage which faces an alley and washing machine is in the garage. This technician said he couldn't find anything unless it put a light down there and the cost would be $3000.00, and that doesn't cover any type of repair. He stated it could be in the city line but they won't do anything about that. At the time he came out I said we would not pay again for a service call 6 day's apart and since the other guy never said anything, and just left without any explanation and now guess what we were billed for the 2nd time in less than a week. They say could be a sewer problem. Will never call them out again and have dealt with them for several years but never again.

On time , professional, accomplished all clogs in short amount of time.
Price was very affordable.

I called for a service the lady who answered the phone said someone will call me back it's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anyone call yet. I guess I'll take my business somewhere else.

Had a service tech come to my mother-in-law‘s house yesterday to repair the toilet. It was leaking at the base of the toilet and the toilet would run. As I was arriving to the house the technician was leaving. The technician stated that he replaced the flapper in the tank and replace the wax ring at the base and the mounting bolts for the toilet had to be replaced. I asked if he had replaced the seal between the tank and the bowl and he stated no. He did state that he saw it was wet there at that location but did not replace the seal. He said if it dripped, call them back and they would replace the seal. I don’t know why he just didn’t replace it when he was there. But today we found the toilet still leaking again at the base. The toilet wobbles now. And he did not fix the running issue in the tank. I called Kim‘s plumbing back today and stated the issues. The lady I spoke to said that she could not get a technician out today because he would be going into overtime and that we would have to wait till Tuesday. I feel they should have had the technician back out today regardless of their overtime issues! Now we cannot use that restroom for five days because the problem wasn’t fixed properly the first time and due to their overtime issues. I feel the flap in the tank did not have to be replaced. What needed to be replaced in the tank was the lever, the seal between the tank and the bowl should have been replaced, and the wax ring at the base of the toilet should have been replaced. I just hope that they don’t bill again for a problem that was not fixed properly the first time!

Vince is my guy he helped me out so much and told me what to look out for in the future... He came and replaced a drain pipe for me and was done so quick... He's come one time before for a leaky sink and it hasn't leaked since... It feels great knowing the job is done right !!

Just moved in and had an issue with the Main. Kim's was here fast and the Technician was friendly and very thorough. Affordable, fast responses, and friendly, reliable service.

I called at 9:30 AM with a clogged kitchen sink. By just before noon, I was able to be assembling pies. I even gave some peaches to Steve, my hero, the repair man. Thanks, Kim's plumbing, you saved the day.

I used to love this plumber. Daniel always did good work, and the owner was very professional and down to earth. The last time I called them, they had raised their fee to more than $100 just to come out. The two guys who were here stayed about 15 minutes, pushed a button on my garbage disposal and told me I was good to go. They did fix the problem. Recently, I called Albritton, got much better treatment from the woman who answers their phone than the snippy one at Kim’s, and their fee to come out is only $65, which is what Kims used to be. Kim’s used to be my go-to plumber, but no more.

The plumber is awesome. The job they do is top rate too. But do not trust them with your credit card information. I provided it over the phone twice - first time, one year or so ago, no issues. Two months ago, I did it again, and someone at the office used my credit card information the very next day to purchase drinks at Sonics, food at a bar in Sacramento, among other things. Pay with check or cash, don't give them your card, their office cannot be trusted with it.

Check valve needed to be replaced at pool fill line near outdoor faucet. Vince did great job.

I tried calling two days in a row, threw out the day . Line is busy an always hangs up on me. Called cause someone recommend them said, they are a really good plumber!

Good n fast work

This company is 100% a plumbing company that works in emergency situations. I had called several that claimed to be 24/7, but couldn’t get to my leak before Tuesday. I found Kim’s plumbing and called with my emergency and their response time was fast. Eric the technician called to tell me he was on his way. I think start to finishing the reported leak,they were there within an hour. I thank them for being able to stop the leak and repair it. Eric was very helpful with answering my questions. Thanks Kim’s.

We have been using Kim's plumbing for all our plumbing related needs. Lately we had some grab bars installed in our bathroom , excellent job. To day we had our water heater checked, because of lack of hot water. Their service man , Daniel, discovered that our old water heater had been set on low by ONE, a few years back , and that it did not needed to be replaced at this time, He adjusted the heater and returned an hour later to check if it was operating correctly. What a great service, I recommend Kim's plumbing to everybody

Whoever that woman is who answers the phone is horrible and sarcastic. They showed up in the morning over an hour earlier than I expected. When I called and told the lady that they didn't show up at the correct time, she got sarcastic with me on the phone. They didn't even bother calling me before showing up. The repairman calls when he's in my driveway! I wasn't even dressed yet. They acted like it was no big deal and started laughing at me. Very unprofessional and rude.
