The technician arrived just as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and had all of the necessary equipment to get it repaired. He even told me what to do myself if it ever happened again! It was a positive and reasonably priced experience.

Both Dallas and Ray are very professional and knowledgeable. The problem with my AC unit comes from when the builders AC company installed the unit, they way over charged the unit with freon. 3 times the builder sent out the other company and they said it was normal. It's working great after Controlled Climates has worked on it.
Now I have to contact the builder and get the other AC company to pay for the damage that has been done to the unit. But Controlled Climates will be doing the work.

Every person we came into contact with at Pacific Plumbing, from the sweet lady that answered the phone, the owner Dave, and the three plumbers (Eddie, Jerry, and Dustin) that tackled our disaster were quick to respond, answered all of our questions, very easy to work with, left our bathroom and yard better than they found it, and all around fantastic!

Chris Rooter was absolutely amazing!! We had our front room flood from rain and Chris showed up and worked above and beyond to find the problem in the backyard piping. Chris also helped to instal a pump to keep the water from continuing to enter the front room for further damage. Chris did all of this in pouring cold rain and did not stop until he knew our house was okay. We would 100% recommend Chris Rooter to anyone. We can not say enough about how wonderful and caring Chris's service is to his customers.

These guys are amazing. Figured out the issue and saved me a lot of money. Thanks for everything.

Yang's Drain and Plumbing has got to be one of the best plumbing services I've had in a while. I always had trouble finding a good plumbing company because they were always rushing to get the job done. Vue helped get to the problem and he made sure to let the water go down for a while longer to make sure that my bathroom tub wasn't clogged anymore. He went above and beyond. :) Will definitely be coming back when something else goes wrong !

John was professional and persistent in his work. Provided good education on preventive methods on maintaining drain. Great service! Would definitely recommend.

This was the best experience we have ever had with a plumber. He was professional, easy to get a hold of, punctual, and the price was extremely reasonable. I will be recommending All Pro to everyone I know who needs a plumber!

Attic unit was rusting out and leaking condensation. They checked it out same day I called them. They came back the next day and replaced the evaporator portion of my unit. The new unit had a plastic condensation tray and did not require a costly upgrade of the outside unit.

They had to do a re-route for my cold and hot water in my house and did an amazing job!! If you have any issues or questions just contact the manager Mike and he will take care.

He was great. He was here in January for another problem which he fixed perfectly. And the Same for today. Answered my question and totally replaced my water heater. Thank you

Company was unprofessional. Didn't call to notify me about anything, was impossible to get a hold of and the company was not on the same page. Got 3 different quotes for one job in which they didn't finish. Called them the first time to fix a clog and they ended up damaging my shower. Second time calling them to fix water damage from the shower and the toilet and they didn't do it correctly. Didn't take out the part of the wall that has the actual damage, broke the flange where the toilet sat on and didn't tell me or it was broken and they didn't tell me and then they proceeded to want to charge me extra for a job in which they were supposed to do anyways. Not impressed, won't recommend.
