A/C Tech was on time and professional. Told what A/C might need in the future. All questions were answered.

Unfortunately, our air conditioning unit failed us a week ago when temperatures were expected to reach 110+ degrees. Fortunately, after calling on repair companies that were booked out to the following week, Controlled Climates Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. just happened to have a cancellation for that morning, repairing our unit within a few minutes. And better yet, charged us for an unbelievably reasonable price. We're cool with that! Thank you, Controlled Climates!

Jesus completed a thorough service of my heating/cooling units and explained all of the results. He arrived on time, was careful with walking in and out of the house, and listened to me. I would call Allbritten and Jesus again when service is needed.

We called PR because my wife had used them years ago when she did property management. They come out and took a look at a hot water leak which they confirmed was a slab leak (we assumed was the case) they said they would provide us quotes to get the slab leak fixed or re-pipe and charged us $99 for the 10 min after-hours visit. After a couple of days with no hot water they sent us only one quote for re-pipe and said they don't do slab leak repairs. We then had to restart the process with another company who does both and their quote was $1500 less then PR's re-piping quote. Most frustrating part is their delay on communication which wouldn't be a big deal except we have 5 kids and no hot water is rather tedious.

Super professional. No matter what the issue they are always quick to get it fixed in a timely matter. My superhero crew!
