They arrived when they said they would. Freddy was very nice, informative and his appearance was very professional and neat. He put down a cloth to not scratch our hardwood floors. He informed us of what was going on with our air conditioner and what to keep an eye out for with our condenser for the future. We also had a good experience 2 years ago when our thermostat went out on a hot Friday July afternoon and Lee was out within 2 hours, took care of it and we were able to go to an event we were hosting and be on time. OMG that meant the world to us. This is our second experience with Lee and we really enjoyed it. Chris the “OWNER” was late and very rude. He was only here for few minutes and wanted a check for his service. He never diagnosed the problem or attempt to fix the problem. He lied to our Home owners ins. That the crawl space was inaccessible. Liar he never looked. We even told him where it was at. If you ever watch Dateline NBC on plumber scams that is exactly what you will get. BEWARE. The homeowner ins agreed that he was to assess everything and give a full report and apologized for this they have agreed to have another company come out and rediagnosis the problem and fix the leaks and blockage the we are still having when Chris says their was none. I will also be making a report to DCA department of consumer affairs.

I rarely write reviews. However after my experience with technician Michael Sanders, I was greatly compelled to post this message. As a home owner and CEO I value good customer service, quality work, and professionalism. Michael met and exceeded all of my expectations in these areas and more.Despite our needing a large plumbing job amidst the COVID 19 pandemic, in 100+ degree heat, Mr. Sanders cut no corners, worked tirelessly and operated safely with great care the entire way through. I have always believed that a person's character is who they are when no one is watching. Well little did he know, I was watching. In the heat he wore a protective mask, he stayed long, and worked hard. He even saved a plant we might have lost due to the nature of the job!In all honesty, individual's like Michael Sanders speaks volumes about Lee's Air as an organization. And as a local builder / developer, I would hire or promote someone like him in a heartbeat! 10 stars!!!!

Came out after hours because my hvac wasn’t working! Prompt call back and once diagnosed showed me pictures and helped me understand what to do. Couldn’t fix my issue that night but gave me a break on the after hours service call!

The crew at PDS is top notch. They were quiet when entering and coming through the house multiple times each day. They put down floor protection each day. Frank and Psy were very patient in answering my questions. They got the job done when they said it would be. Thanks to PDS for a great job replacing our 20 year old system!

Had a bad leak in an iron drain pipe (with concrete slab foundation) and they were able to give a rough estimate over the phone (with the possibility of increase if they couldn't easily access a structurally sound portion of pipe. I called at like 6 yesterday and they were out to fix it today which was great because I couldn't use my kitchen or bathroom sinks as they both used this drain! Angel came within the timeframe they gave and was very professional and knowledgable! He worked really hard to make sure everything was done right and did a wonderful job! Would absolutely recommend D&S to anyone and everyone!
