Lee's didn't come and just sell us a new heating/AC unit. They sat down with us right at the start and asked us about our home and explained everything in detail. Overly Satisfied with the work and communication. Chris runs an honest business, is hard working, prices jobs much cheaper than the others, and does better work. His equipment is top of the line. When doing our job He shared the camera views, explained the most likely problem as well as other potential issues that we may run into, while giving me an estimate of the costs for each stage that may or may not need to be addressed. Better then that, He also took the time to share with me at each stage if other issues were in play. Thankfully only the primary issue was all that needed his attention. After the initial call his team was out within 2 hours, and Chris and his team were back within 24 hours to complete the work, leaving the job site as cleaner than when he arrived. This included digging a six foot trench by hand in my front yard to access the broken sewage main out of my house. I HAVE A NEW ON CALL PLUMBER as nobody can hit all three business aspects like Chris' Rooter does; fare, honest, and quality work!

Both kitchen sinks were backed up for over a week, outrageous quotes from other plumbers that wanted to make a permanent hole in my wall, without repairing the sheetrock or outer wall. AHS charged me for service fee but wouldn't help with fixing the problem. Joe was great! He had another way to access the pipes, without holes in my walls. His response was quick, affordable and explained the whole process to us before and after the repair. I highly recommend this service.👍

I hired Balance Comfort to install a Central Heating/Cooling unit. The work that was done was well done and all went smoth on that end but I never received a $3000 rebate that was supposed to be sent to me according to my sales person who advised the company would handle all the paperwork and I would get a $3000 check sent to me within a few months. It's been almost 1 full year and have yet to get the refund check. When I called to inquire on this I was advised the sales person no longer works there.

The technician did a fantastic job in thoroughly checking our equipment and figuring out what the problem was. Found out the issue is not what the other company said it was and saved hundreds in the process. I highly recommend them.
