I was very satisfied with Lee's service. I called and had an appointment the next day. Alfred came out on time and treated my family with respect. He explained the entire process and the price was reasonable for the work that was done. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

My senior parents had no hot water in the house and I called Franco's and they were there first thing the next day. My parents said they were very respectful and did a great job. Also fixed 2 faucets that were barely dripping and installed a new faucet in another.
I live out of state, they sent pictures to me and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Very much appreciated.

I just bought a house and my heater was not working so well. I looked in the yellow pages for an HVAC company and they were the first name I saw. I called them up and the person on the phone promptly explained to me the pricing for the person to come service my heater. Shortly after that I received a call that the technician was on his way to my house. The guy was very friendly and knowledgeable about heating systems. Thank you for the great work and timely fashion!

They were fast, and David was extremely helpful in getting my unit repaired and serviced. I plan on using them again in the future with any issues I run into. David was super helpful and very considerate in helping me put away my trash cans that were out front, and even considerate in closing the gate so my dogs couldn’t escape while he was doing the repair.

Allbritton Heating and Air is a great company. Michael-Angelo the tech that checked out our AC unit was very nice, and polite. He put the blue shoe covers on every time he stepped inside the house and I appreciate that. He is very knowledgeable as well. Thank you both for our summer maintenance, just in time too!

Big thanks to Juan and Carlos they replaced our doors sealed our vent along with giving a new thermostat even a special power strip with a sensor.

Showed up on time. Ken was very polite, and respectable by cleaning his boots before stepping in our house. He went straight to work on our leak in the shower. Within about 1 hour Ken had our problem fixed. Thank you for the quick and awesome service.

PDS came promptly on time, gave me the estimate in advance, and did not charge me extra even though their auger got stuck and required a little extra work to get out. People were friendly and efficient. Solved my problem right away.

Called for an estimate. Needed AC service and had a leaking hot water heater tank. Scheduled and appointment for that Friday. They never showed up. Wasted the entire day waiting for them. They should've at least let us know they were running late, couldn't make it and reschedule, or said we don't want your business.
We ended up calling Lee's Heating & Air. Their office called the day before to confirm, and called the day of to say they were on the way. WHAT A BUSINESS CONCEPT!! . Lee's Heating & Air is the company to go with.
