Another service provider I've trusted for years recommended Vern's plumbing to me, when I related that I needed a plumber. I called Vern's for an appointment to repair a leaky spigot attached to the water main to my house. The plumber was efficient, and carefully watched the pipes and valve assembly to assure no further leakage. He also nicely conveyed the details and terms of the work.
About two weeks later I called Vern’s plumbing with another unrelated problem that involved an area of wet ground that seemed might be from an underground leak. I had noticed it weeks ago, but had to wait till a few days of dry weather for the plumber to see it. Vern’s again arrived timely for the appointment. The plumber inspected the area, fully explained every possible angle that could cause slight seeping, and recommended that it is not a concern. He kindly took the time to describe what to look for to know if it needs work in the future. Most surprising, since the rain prevented addressing this issue during the previous appointment, they waived the second service-call fee! I am delighted to find a plumber I will call on for any plumbing issue, and glad to recommend Vern’s.

Franco's Plumbing is the best company I have ever used for plumbing issues, heater issues and A/C issues. They go above and beyond. This was the most professional and friendly experience I've had with any comparable service industry companies. The quality of their work was excellent. The price was reasonable as well. Jack did an amazing job at my father’s house. He installed tankless water heater, electrical wiring, and new AC unit. Customer service was top notch. If you need a good contractor that will do the job right and on time, he is the one. He is definitely one of the best in business.

Realized I had a water leak but couldn’t figure out where water was coming from. They came out first thing the next business day, located the leak inside the wall, made the repair and gave me info for contractors to do the wall repair.

It was a complete HVAC installation. Mason, Brian and Gino were very professional, courteous and polite. You could tell by the way they worked and worked together that they were very experienced and knew what they were doing.They answered all our questions, showed us how everything worked. When they were finished they cleaned everywhere, you wouldn't know they were here. 5 Star ratings from us.

The service was very good and the workers were very informative and they were very careful to not allow my cat to get outdoors. I am very pleased with their work. Eduardo and Felipe were the associates here on Thursday. There was another gentleman here on Wednesday but I forgot his name but he was also very good at making sure everything was good. I always have great service with P&R Plumbing. The two guys who came out were David and Thomas for unit 3274-118 which was an under the slab leak and they fixed it and explained everything they did. It was a pleasure to deal with David and Thomas and would recommend P&R Plumbing to anyone who are looking for good work and qualified staff.

He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. When he needed to replace a small pipe he got the part very quickly, and still completed the job in 2 hours as planned. Highly recommended.
