Called and upon speaking with one of their representatives, was left on hold. They ask questions, not allowing you to respond before you are interrupted. Needed work done, but was unsuccessful reaching out to this company to do the service. Would recommend using another business.

I am very pleased by the response to our hearing needs. The tech Eric was curious and very professional. He did the job right the first time unlike the company that installed it.that blamed me; replaced a part, but left claiming it was a wiring problem. It was not.He even gave us a small discount. I highly recommend this company. Eric is a credit to your company. You should be proud to have him. I am writing this so that I hope you give him some positive recognition.

Had a bad leak in an iron drain pipe (with concrete slab foundation) and they were able to give a rough estimate over the phone (with the possibility of increase if they couldn't easily access a structurally sound portion of pipe. I called at like 6 yesterday and they were out to fix it today which was great because I couldn't use my kitchen or bathroom sinks as they both used this drain! Angel came within the timeframe they gave and was very professional and knowledgable! He worked really hard to make sure everything was done right and did a wonderful job! Would absolutely recommend D&S to anyone and everyone!
