The AC unit on our master bedroom started blowing cool air instead of cold air. we only ran it at night for the weekend until we could get it serviced. Ray showed up early and was personable and professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He took pictures to show me what he was seeing with the unit and told me Controlled Climates keeps a service record with the photos so they will always know our unit and what they've done for its upkeep. I recommend Controlled Climates for your AC needs. i will call them again.

Jack did an amazing job at my father’s house. He installed tankless water heater, electrical wiring, and new AC unit. Customer service was top notch. If you need a good contractor that will do the job right and on time, he is the one. He is definitely one of the best in business.

I had an annoying ongoing problem with the shower at one of my rentals. I'd had several people look at it to no avail. Sean has come to our home three times, for three different bathrooms. Each time, he has exceeded our expectations...prompt, respectful, experienced & trustworthy. He has provided us with diff options/quotes at each visit. We have 3 kids & 3 dogs, so good help is a huge deal for us. I would highly recommend Lee’s - specifically Sean if u have plumbing needs.

We called for a service tech to investigate a leak in a bath/shower. Great communication and tech arrived on time next day. Issue wound up being pretty simple fix. A little overpriced in my opinion but repair was done quickly and tech was very nice and informative.I would use Allbritten again.

Of all days Thanksgiving my toilet seemed to back up some so before it could create major issues..I called my warranty company and they said to give it 24 hours.. I panicked and called Costless, they had just closed but the nice young lady said she would see if someone could come by. Immediately she called back and said someone would be there within the hour. I feel bad but I don’t remember the first guys name but a second guy came, Jose. Both super nice and very professional. They cleared my line quickly and all was good. The next day I called again on a line they cleared in my kitchen. Jose came back out and worked for over an hour to clear the kitchen sink line and and laundry sink line. He made some recommendations and left w no charge. Third day my sons shower backed up and flooded his bathroom. I called Costless again and they sent out Kenny and Jose again. Both very very nice and professional. Kenny was actually able to clear the lines in kitchen and laundry room but they said I have some plumbing issues under the house. Anyways…not only was their service exceptional the price they charge is what I pay my warranty company for my copay. I highly recommend them. I have them programmed in my phone and will call them first before homeowners or home warranty! I appreciate the great service from my initial call to the very end!

We started using Balanced Comfort over the last year and we have been very pleased with their service. Our Account Manager, Jose, is very professional and accommodating. When we have an emergency service and others have told us they cannot get to us for a few days, Jose makes sure to get us in. Even their turn around time on HVAC installs is amazing! The work performed by the techs is high end. We have had previous vendors with many call backs, and with Balanced Comfort, that is never an issue. Had a clogged shower line that I could not get cleared. Called P&R to RE tidy the situation. They set a time between 12-2 to come out. The technician was on time, very courteous and had the line cleared in no time. Have used P&R multiple times would highly recommend them.
