Best Air Conditioning Heating in Fresno CA

Called and upon speaking with one of their representatives, was left on hold. They ask questions, not allowing you to respond before you are interrupted. Needed work done, but was unsuccessful reaching out to this company to do the service. Would recommend using another business.

I called them last year for a heating issue because of the stellar reviews they had. They were professional in handling the call, setting the appointment. They treated me with respect, and respected my home. However, they misdiagnosed the problem and charged the $100 service fee. They insisted that I needed a new unit and rushed to suggest an appointment with their sales guy. I believe this company pushes sales too hard because that's what they make most of their money on. During the summer, the same issue that occurred with the heating occurred with the AC. That led me to believe that they had misdiagnosed the problem. My home warranty company sent a local contractor who diagnosed the problem to be purely electric. Heating is working as expected. Lee's Air did not earn my trust due to a problem that was misdiagnosed that could have cost me $10,000 (the cost of a new unit).

Provided great service at a reasonable cost. Flushed my tankless water heater and serviced my water circulating pump..

Had a great experience with their technician Dallas and Katelyn. Both were very friendly. Dallas arrived right on time, was very thorough, explained everything that he did and gave me good feedback for future potential problems. They seem to have a very efficient system with text updates, etc too. Will definitely work with them again.

I had an annoying ongoing problem with the shower at one of my rentals. I'd had several people look at it to no avail. I called Art Douglas one morning after a sleepless night, just thinking about that shower problem. They responded quickly. They sent a young man by the name of Stewart. He proved to be friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and very professional . He pin pointed the problem and got it done. That simple, and very reassuring! Art Douglas, that's the Company I'll cal for any plumbing need for my peace of mind...................

We had a leak under one of our sinks. PDS Plumbing came out the following day, within a 3-hour time period, and a courtesy call 30 minutes before the ETA. I didn't, actually, have a leak, per se, just needed to tighten 1 thingymabobber. The tech simply reached under the sink, tightened it with his fingers, and was finished. Rather than charging me for the service performed, he said, because he didn't have to use his tools, he'd only charge the service fee for coming out to my house. That's how you get tipped, called back, and referrals!

PDS Plumbing was 1 out of the 4 plumbers I called that didn't say they were fully booked, but would do me a favor and come after hours, lol. Literally, 2 companies tried to take me for double within 10 minutes, and the 3rd guy told my husband that it wouldn't be until the following afternoon, to which he agreed. However, the technician called me from my doorstep the following day, at 11:00 a.m., wondering where I was. Well, I wasn't there, and I wouldn't be until noon. Had he given me a courtesy call, he would have known the arrangements that had been made, because his boss didn't... No thanks, again.

Then I called PDS Plumbing, and, now, I know why they have a five-star rating. I chose to give my rating for them on Google, as well.

Needed a wall heater controller upgrade. They came out on time for a diagnostic and identified the solution in about 15 minutes. The parts were ordered and within a week, they returned (on time) and did a top-notch job for a reasonable price. They were there for as long as it took and were very professional. Also, their diagnostic fee was very reasonable and was waived in lieu of the job.
