DOUBLE EMERGENCY handled immediately, twice this week!!!! As a Realtor I have a list of good plumbers but this week during Snow-vid 2021, I couldn't get a plumbing company on the phone to save my life. Someone on my Ring Neighborhood notifications recommended Circle E and I called them the second I got the notification. Kyle answered the phone immediately, and had a plumber at my door within 4 hours-SAME DAY! That was Wednesday and today I was notified from the water department that I had a major leak. I found the pipe in the yard and called them again. Kyle again had someone out within 2 hours and the pipe is being capped so I will have water again tonight. I cannot even begin to explain how professional, prompt, and caring this group is. I can officially say I now have a family plumbing company. Circle E is my personal and now professional choice! If I could give a 10 star rating I would.

Jason and Manny did an excellent job walking me through my system and letting me know what we can do both short and long-term for system maintenance and performance. They showed me pictures of my system and did a great job explaining everything in detail.

WOW. Micaiah Lilly from AirCo was awesome. What is your definition of an ideal service technician? Here's mine: On time. Professional Appearance. Capable and Well Trained. Polite. Respectful. Personable. Clear Communicator of Expectations, Work Performed, and Billing. How often do you get ALL of the above? Rarely, in my many years of experience. BUT...Micaiah Lilly from AirCo checked ALL the boxes.I could write several paragraphs, but I won't.<>Just ask yourself: if you worked with a company that communicated clearly and easily (phone, text, email) and they sent a service professional out to your house to work on a very expensive piece of equipment that you don't understand, would you want them to have some, most or all of the above qualities?I would really want them to have ALL. And now that I know that is possible with AirCo, I will call them again, and again, whenever needed.Thank you AirCo, for hiring and training great people, and for your high level of response (Logan!), very fair pricing, call scheduling and communication.THANK YOU Micaiah, for defining what a great service technician can be and do. It was a welcomed learning experience for me!

Replaced a 20 year old high ceiling chandelier with a new crystal one. Also, re-mount an exterior flood accent light. Phenomenal service. Requested appointment online on a Sat. Was emailed back on SUNDAY! Sent pictures to confirm scope of work. Office staff was very helpful ensuring things would go smoothly. Confirmation calls day before and when tech was on the way. Reuben the electrician is da man! Super nice guy, very meticulous. Highest recommendation!

Always calling us to give updates on when they could come out during snow storm 2.15.21. Came the next day 1st thing, fixed our shower handle that broke on the worst day. Also checked our hot water heater gas, got it started again. Reasonable prices and helpful staff across the board. Will be using them again!

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
