We needed a plumber to fix some kitchen leaks and install a replacement dishwasher, and an electrician to add an outlet for a garage door opener and install a GFCI outlet in the kitchen. Both technicians were prompt and did a fast and professional job. I appreciated the fact that charges were based on the time it took to get them accomplished (first hour, then increments of 15 minutes). Great jobs at reasonable cost. My air conditioner went out late Saturday evening and I chose not to call until Sunday morning. I left a message with an answering service and heard back from Jason within an hour. Jason scheduled a service call for Terry to come out and diagnose our system on a Sunday. Terry arrived promptly was very professional and resolved our problem within a couple of hours. I run a service business and understand what promptness and customer service means and they definitely exceeded my expectation. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

After the storms the night before had broken tree limbs causing my meter to be torn off the house I called early in desperation for help. These guys came right out for me pushing other jobs back. They got everything done that I needed very quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and kindness. I will definitely be recommending these guys. Chris did a wonderful job, he replaced a light switch and explained why an outlet wasn’t working. I called some many different place to come out and fix the problems, but they all gave me the run around. Edit: Joel serviced my house today and was equally awesome ???10/10. I was experiencing several issues with my home HVAC system for months. After multiple visits from my HVAC professional at the time I believe the situation actually got worse, ultimately leading to thousands of dollars of damage to my home. When I switched over to Comfort Experts they sent someone the same day (and it was the weekend), he located several issues -- some caused by my previous mechanic and some that were probably the issues all along -- and fixed every single one, right there on the spot. The HVAC professional, Jose G, explained everything clearly, professionally, and with an excellent attitude. I was so incredibly happy after his visit. If my experience was the norm from Comfort Experts then I highly recommend them and I will be calling on them in the future should I need anything else.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
