I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. We have used Hawk plumbing and air conditioning- multiple times on each side of things. Their technicians are polite and professional. They explain the options along with the pros and cons of each option. I like the fact that they don’t oversell you. I genuinely trust it when they tell me that I need something because they have come out at times that I thought something was wrong and told me that it didn’t need work. I do believe they operate with integrity.
