Best Plumbing Services Home in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

They quoted me a price but either would-not or could-not show me how the price was calculated. I was told that's parts and labor...I asked to see what parts and how much labor would be required. Again, we don't know how its calculated and we can't tell you what parts. They do not charge you based on the actual parts or actual labor required. So if it takes them 1 hour and $20 in parts or if it takes 10 hours and $400 in parts, its all the same quote. I won't mention the total amount of their quote but again, just ask to see the math. I'm actually ok with an estimate as long as it gets true'd up based on the actual time and parts required. Not good business.

They're on the high end cost-wise, but they know what they're doing and will get the job done. They're also one of the few that has a 150ft plumbing snake.

My home needed updated plumbing and these guys made it happen! Their hard working team put in the time needed to replumb my home and the price was much better than we had originally thought. They got it done, working almost nonstop in this Texas heat. I highly recommend them for their work ethic and honesty.

I live in the northwest Dallas area which has had ongoing natural gas outages over the last several weeks. Sanders Plumbing is one of the many companies/contractors for Atmos Energy who are repairing and restoring resident's gas service and I was fortunate enough to have had them assigned to our home. The repairs took place over a 24 hour period as it was a large project...running a new gas line from the meter at the alley all the way to the house. During that time, their proffesionalism, courtesy and communication with me and my family was outstanding. Their efficiency was also amazing, like a well oiled machine. They really know how to keep customers happy and were nothing short of great. They earned a new customer in all of this as they will be the only company I call for all my plumbing needs. The plumbers office called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Plumber arrived on-time and performed the job right the first time. We where even able to add installation of a new garage dispenser, without a hugh jump in price.

We will certainly be using them from now on and referring them to family and friends.
