My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. Only company to immediately answer the phone without rerouting me when I had an emergency slab leak on a Saturday. Their service tech Mo came out quickly, figured out the problem and was on the phone arranging diggers for a Sunday to expose the leak for repair and recommending a great water damage restoration service. So kind, reassuring, and professional - and on top of that reasonably priced!

Pricing is hidden. Dispatch doesn't give you an idea of cost, pricing from plumber was way too high, so I paid $42 to waste their time and my money. I am giving two stars because the plumbers were professional.Reply: Agree, dispatch did tell me the licensed plumber would have to give pricing. I took a chance, never believing the pricing would have been so unreasonable. Really seems like it be in both our best interest, I wasted $42 dollars, and you had two guys waste their time.I think most reasonable customers understand that circumstances can change pricing, but if I would have known how much it was going to costs me to auger a toilet or perform a smoke test, I would have never asked you out, and I would still have $42 dollars in my pocket.The customer follow up was in no way an attempt to right a wrong, it is your typical process, in addition, I had just been taken advantage of. I do not appreciate the characterization of this.Want transparency, the smoke test was quoted at $375, I would urge folks to look up what is involved, half hour and a $5 dollar smoke bomb. More transparency, clogged toilet quoted at $175, Damn near buy a new toilet for that! I rented an auger at the rental store for $9 and had it unclogged in less than 15 minutes. What value did ClearWater provide?

Called All Needz to get a second opinion on a quote after receiving their information via referral. They came out same day, and saved me over $3000 on the quote I originally received. Justin was very helpful in getting someone out to my address, and Jesse and Pablo were both prompt and efficient in getting the work done same day. Will definitely use them if I have any other needz in the future.

Very happy with my experience with them. Our old water heater was very out of code and in a weird closet in the garage. By the time Scott and his apprentice helper was done the space looked totally different. Everything is routed neatly and up to code now. The framing and door for the closet gone and the space just looks like it was meant to look that way all along. I’m really ocd about home repairs and projects. And I’m super happy with how everything came together. Will use them again for any future repairs

I first met Hawkeye Plumbing through my rental property management company. I have since used Hawkeye for several years now and have referred them many of my friends. I feel that their prices are fair and all their employees arrive/present themselves in a professional manner. They have fixed or repaired an array of plumbing issues at my home over the years, but this last time it was find a leak (that is why I selected only fix or repair leak for this review).

Great service. Our technician thoroughly explained why there was two different clean out pipes and which one was what. After a few minutes, he was all done. He even put a rubber cap on the pipe to keep snakes out. Fair price and quick service. Thanks!

Want a plumber you can trust? Listen to my experience! I had what I thought was a significant leak in my home. Potentially a slab leak. I reached out to Hawk to have someone come to home to perform a leak detection service. But, instead I spent time on the phone talking with their Project Leader about the issue and ways to troubleshoot. I had already done some troubleshooting, but the Project Leader suggested one more check of the sprinkler system. I was traveling, so told him I would get to that check on Saturday. He said that if I find a fix to just call back in on Saturday to cancel the Monday appointment. No fee. I ran the sprinkler check and it was the problem. Think about that. A plumber who was willing to help knowing he may not be compensated. That is as honest and trustworthy as you could be in running a service business. Can't say enough good things about this limited engagement. I'll come back to Hawk each time going forward.

Jonathan came very quickly, and was extremely punctual. He went straight to work and quickly found the issue. He installed the new faucet, replaced the drain and fixed the leaking line and was done in a a very timely manner. He was polite, well spoken, a great teacher, and thoroughly explained every detail. We appreciate our experience with this company and would highly recommend them to everyone. He will be our go to plumber moving forward.
