My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Can't say enough good things about this crew. Professional, courteous, and friendly. They replaced the entire waste system under our house and I could hear them singing and laughing while they worked. In the middle of a mess, they made me laugh, too. It was a big job but they made it bearable and for a very fair price. They even dealt with our 3 dogs barking the entire time. Will never use any other company.

There is no doubt that I have now found my future HVAC and plumbing service company.

The shower in my AirBNB was not draining and one of the other showers stopped working in the middle of my son taking a shower. The two agents came and fixed everything. They were bothe very courteous and professional and fixed the problems in both showers.
