Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Have used roto rooter in the past with some satisfaction as far as quality of work. However used them again to come clear a clog and it was a complete cluster of a mess. The tech ran his snake the wrong way and came thorugh the toliet, completely destroying it and making a huge mess at the same time. The tech spent 7 hours at my house trying to unclog a leak and resetting a toliet that he had to pay for. They then tried to charge me for extra time for a total of $500 +? I objected and he said oh ok I'll just charge you the original quote of $265 (included a $75 weekend service charge.) Turned of there was a clog in the city sewer after all. Two days later the line clogged again. Called the city first and they found everything to be clear. It then took another day for roto rooter to come back out and check things again. The second time they ran a camera in there and found a small piece of plastic or something in the line causing the stoppage. The manager was rude when talking to me about the situation and cut me off as I was trying to explain something to him. I have decided to not use them in the future due to lack of professionalism and efficiency.

Please add my name to the impressively long list of satisfied Fischer & Boone Plumbing customers. My brief but satisfying business experience with Fischer & Boone Plumbing took place on Thursday, October the 26th.
Things started when I called the F & B office shortly 8 in the morning to make an appointment to have my annoyingly faulty, master bedroom toilet looked at and repaired. A young sounding lady by the name of Stacey (with a delightful phone voice) took my call and arrangements were made to have a plumber dispatched to my residence between the hours of 3 to 5 P.M. on that same day. But Stacey went on to state that there was a possibility that one of their plumbers might be able to get to my home earlier than the 3 to 5 P.M. scheduled window time. As it turned out, she was correct. I received a call from her in the early afternoon informing me that one of her plumbers could get to my place within the hour. Stacey asked me if the moved up in arrival would be okay with me? Of course I told her that it would be. So around 1:30, a Fischer & Boone plumber appeared at my front door. He was a amiable guy named Jim. And with his professional expertise, fixing my toilet was mere child's play for Jim. Inside of 15 minutes, my faulty toilet was good as new!

Although plumber Jim was only at my house for a short period of time, I enjoyed talking to him. He was a down to earth guy in his mid-fifties.
Hopefully, I won't have anymore plumbing problems again anytime soon. But if I do, I know who to call (Fischer & Boone Plumbing).

My experience with One Way Plumbing Solutions, LLC was positive. I had multiple leaks under the house, causing flooding in my bedroom, a hot spot under my tile and a hissing sound that was concerning. The Plumber who came out, listened, diagnosed the situation, provided a solution, quoted a fair price, and deliver a timely resolve for this annoying problem. The staff was professional (the Master Plumber, his assistances and office personnel), they consistently arrived on time, clean up behind themselves (note, broken, leaking pipes where underground), and compared to other companies provide a fair price. Such a great experience with Hawk Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning! I had a issue with a leaking outdoor faucet. While they were booked for that same day, I was able to secure the first appointment for the next day.
Michael, from Hawk Plumbing contacted me before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he looked at my problem and gave me an estimate (which I thought was reasonable).
