John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I reached out to Bravo’s Plumbing through a Facebook message, due to a referral from a friend. They responded very quickly and showed up very shortly after. They found the issue within about 10 minutes after arriving at my home. We had a piece that had busted and created a serious leak in our front yard. They started work the very next day first thing in the morning and completed the project the same day. The diggers even filled everything back up and even tidied my flower bed back up. It was extremely appreciated! These guys were polite, proficient, and did a great job! I’d recommend them to anyone!

After using four other plumbing companies ClearWater was able to clear my drains. I am so grateful for their professionalism and determination to fix the problem. It has take us 9 months to get this issue resolved. So happy to have finally found a reliable plumber in Fort Worth!

Excellent customer service

Last Thursday evening just after 6 PM while doing laundry, I flushed the toilet and realized that the main sewer drain to my house was almost completely clogged. I called and got the recording that you had closed for the evening. Friday morning at 8 I called to make an appointment hoping to get the problem resolved before the weekend since I'm expecting company on Monday. I was told that your crews were booked up and would likely not be able to do the repair until Monday but you would try to work me in. Around 5:30 PM I got a call from your employee Brett M. who said he was on the way to my house. When he arrived alone, I recognized him from a previous service call about 8 months ago. On the previous service call he had a helper which made the job easier since to main access to my sewer line is the vent pipe on the roof. He worked until well after 6 taking 3 attempts to resolve my problem. I REALLY appreciate the great service from your business and employees like Brett helping me out before the weekend. I know what it's like to work late on a Friday evening but I got the same great service that I did the last time. You're lucky to have a great employee like him. Thanks again.

We manage Macho Self Storage, but for some reason I couldn't create a review from our business Google account. Today we had a plumbing problem in both our apartment and in the office. Sanders Plumbing told me that it might be Friday, but would try to work us in as quickly as possible. It was only a couple of hours later that Dustin called to say he was on the way! He was able to fix the issues quickly. He was professional and courteous. We can't recommend Sanders highly enough!

called about a line that got damaged during a fence install. robert came out within an hour of my call and the line was fixed right away. also gave me some good advice on some other plumbing issues. one of the smoothest experiences i've had. will be going back for any future plumbing needs.

Cory and his assistant were great. They were on time for both appointments I had - One for Estimate and one for the work. I would not hesitate to bring them out again for any future plumbing needs that arise. I had them replace 14 Emergency water shutoff valves, install new washer water supply valve box, repair a toilet and repair kitchen faucet.

Service Company are our plumbers for life. The bathroom renovation they just completed was well planned and superbly executed by Mike, Rey, and Diego, and co-contractor Eddie Ramirez, who did an outstanding job of designing, sourcing materials, and performing the work with extraordinary attention to detail.

I have used Andress for years. Not always cheapest but it’s done right. No call backs.

Cannot recommend this company enough! Michael came out on a Saturday morning for a last-minute plumbing inspection on a home we’re buying, and was incredibly professional, kind, and patient with all of our questions. After laying drop cloths and explaining what he would be doing, he was quick and efficient and came back with a full report and recommendations. We feel so much better about this home because of Michael’s assessment, and look forward to using them with our plumbing work in the future!

The pipes in my kitchen were backed up the day before Thanksgiving and Jonathan (the owner) made room on his schedule to take care of me. They made sure the drains were working properly and clean up afterwards. He is honest and charged a fair price - I highly recommend.
