Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. I had called a previous plumber before calling Roto-Rooter in Fort Worth. After describing the situation on the phone to that plumber he came out and took one look at my backed up storm drain and said he didn't work on those types of drains . . . . even after I described it to him. Anthony from Roto-Rooter came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it that same day.

Sanders Plumbing put in new gas lines throughout our house in conjunction with an Atmos mainline relocation from the back alley to the front easement. They were professional, prompt, thorough and easy to work with. Our house was built in 1929 so suffice it to say that you never know what you are going to uncover when any major work is done. There were some minor issues, but in each case, Tony (Sanders) came to us with several possible resolutions. Suffice it to say that we will use Sanders again for any plumbing work that we require.

Per Larry Stinson, the company owner, he uses a computer program that charges the average regional prices for plumbing services. In my case, we just needed to replace a toilet flange in a very small bathroom that had been accidentally attached with silicon when the installer put in the tile floor. She forgot to remove the flange, so it had to be cut out and a new one installed to replace the toilet. Working up his written estimate took the technician, Bubba, almost an hour because he did it through this computer tablet. Then the actual job took less than an hour and was done well. The cost was $1283 for this one hour of work and the cost of the flange. So he charged $1200 for one hour of labor! I thought this way over-priced and it should have cost maybe $600 or so. When I told the technician, I thought the price was very high, the technician said I was trying to “Jew him down”. I thought this was completely unprofessional. Nicole, who installed the floor, was getting paid only $250 because floor is so small (5’x5’), so knowing she had to pay the bill, I asked for a lower price. If I was paying to fix this, I would have gotten much lower quotes as the job was not hard, just cutting out a 3” flange and putting in a 4” one. But Nicole didn’t want to wait, so she paid $1245, as he came down a little. So even though they came on time and the work was good, their pricing and lack of professionalism make me not want to use them again. Bubba also tried to tell me they only provide a 30-day warranty, but then Larry said it would be 1 year.Their computer pricing program definitely must include data from much higher-priced regions/cities than this market. Please get other local quotes to compare before using Stinson!P.S. I am editing this review because Larry stated in his response below that Nicole “left a 5-star review”. which is not true. She just told me she has not left any review and considers the matter closed.

Andress plumbing saved me from disaster ! Another plumber came tore my house apart supposedly locating my leak ... Needless to say I called Andress plumbing around 7pm gave them a rough idea what was going on John showed up the following morning located , fixed and had my water back on before dinner time ! I used this company to install a dishwasher. I did not purchase the correct hoses for installation, but they had the parts I needed to make it work. Their installation was neat, clean, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I wish I had used them for other projects, and I would definitely use them again.

Needed a plumbing test done on my house. They came out within a week and had it done within a few hours. They used a camera and showed me that there were no issues. Other places wanted to charge me twice. Will definitely be calling them if I need a plumber.

After the Texas storm I knew it would be hard to find a plumber. This guy was so nice and detailed. He came the same day and explained what was happening. Prices are right and he even has a warranty on his services. I will definitely be using him again!!!!!

Couldn't have asked for a nicer representative than Edward Jones! Polite, businesslike, competent, and thorough. My only complaint would be that I had advised when I requested service that I believed my water heater problem was electrical in nature rather than plumbing based on preliminary supply voltage checks. I was sent a plumber and the problem had to be transferred to an electrician not available until the next day. This was not a problem with the actual service but in properly routing my call based on the information I provided.
