I'm a new home owner and absolutely panicked when I discovered a leak. I was really worried about the cost. I called several other places before calling Northside, and they were the most reasonably priced. I'm so glad I called them. They got out here within a few hours, had it fixed fast, and the price was less than I expected. I will never call anyone else. Thanks, guys!

We had Poormans replace our AC condensers and they did a phenomenal job and were extremely responsive. The same day we called they had someone out to inspect our system and within a week we were back up and running. 100% recommend Poormans to anyone requiring a timely, quality repair/replacement on their heating or AC.

Worst experience ever! Biggest rip off company! Makes you pay for something they won’t fix! Makes you sign a contract before even doing any work! Had 2 gentlemen come out to our house. 1st one broke our toilet and told us they’re not liable to replace it. I threw a fit and they eventually did fix it. And then sent out another guy, who was at our house for 6 hours and didn’t make anything better. Called a different company and within 2 hours they found the problem and told us that we were scammed by them! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!

Julio was great at explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also made some recommendations for me to research.

The two service technicians were friendly, professional and quick with the diagnosis and repairs.

1. They came when they said they would. Great sign.
2. They were very polite and friendly. Another great sign.
3. They actually took on the challenge of repairing a problem that another plumbing company didn't feel like messing with.
4. They went out of their way to get parts they needed and finished the same day. Actually within the hour.
5.They gave me straight up honest answers with no hesitation on every question I had.
6. The cost was realistic and fair.
All in all it was a comfortable experience with no unexpected issues and carried out very professionally.

I called to have two circuit breakers replaced. Rudy J arrived and not only replaced the circuit breakers but analyzed the entire circuit making sure all the receptacles worked. He made sure the outdoor ones were not getting moisture in them. Rudy J just did an awesome job above and beyond my expectations.

I found my experience to be far less intimidating than I feared it would be. Joey, the salesman, took time to really explain the process and all of my options so that I could make an informed and affordable choice for my situation and budget. The installers were prompt and professional.

Rudy and Ryan were both very knowledgeable and explained what needed done very clear. They were both friendly, did a professional job, and left no mess. Highly recommend!

Great guy

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
