Arrived on time. Noticed flooring needed repaired and was prepared to not only replace flooring but also install toilet quickly and efficiently. For this reason always call North Side for every plumbing need.

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

Chad, was exceptionally helpful in helping me figure out what I needed to do to fix my AC unit and was also really fair in pricing. I would highly suggest that everyone uses their services!

the plumber was great and remembered my house and got me taken care of for a great price and even educated me on what was going on and why. They are the best in Fort Wayne imo!Once again today on 2-11-2013 i had to have Rob the tech out to jet my line from my tree roots getting in it. He did a great job and am always happy with their work!

I was ripped off. I was told I'm not a salesman but he was and that should've stopped then. I wasn't told and couldn't see the print about no reimbursement of my 1st payment of the membership. 😒.

They were very courteous and willing to work what's best for the customer versus what fits in their schedule. They were open to any questions or concerns and even gave good suggestions for other issues I had in the house and how to maintain my system.

I recently had a gas line installed by Summers in a house I just purchased. The day after the work was done I went to the house and the garage and house was filled with the smell of gas. I panicked and instead of calling the gas company called Summers. It took 45 minutes for someone to return my call. He said he was busy but would swing by the house and turn the gas off. I said I would call the gas company and he said if you do that they will put a pin in the meter and you won't have gas until they come back and remove the pin. He said I would be without heat and the pipes might freeze. I think he was afraid of what the gas company would say. Again I should have called the gas company but I waited for him to come shut off the gas for me. He never came but 45 minutes later another man called and said he would be out as soon as he got dressed and could get there. It was 2 hours after I arrived at the house that someone got there and fixed the problem. Apparently the man that installed the gas line did not tighten one connection and gas leaked for 24 hours. I assumed the owner of the company would call and apologize to me but after a week I have not heard from anyone with this company. I have called several times and left messages but no returns the call. I still think I deserve an apology and a refund to cover the cost of the gas that leaked and my inconvenience and panic over the leak. I am sorry I did not call the gas company because this could have turned out very badly. And I wonder if the gas company would have filed a complaint against Summers. I am reporting this to the BBB too since no one at this company seems to care. I would never use them again. I would have given them a minus grade if I could.

2. They were very polite and friendly. Another great sign.
3. They actually took on the challenge of repairing a problem that another plumbing company didn't feel like messing with.
4. They went out of their way to get parts they needed and finished the same day. Actually within the hour.
5.They gave me straight up honest answers with no hesitation on every question I had.
6. The cost was realistic and fair.
All in all it was a comfortable experience with no unexpected issues and carried out very professionally.
Having the 4 Brothers Plumbing Company do your plumbing is a smart choice.

Noah and his team were very responsive and professional. We started using Korte a few years ago after having problems with our previous plumbing company. Every service call with Korte has been excellent. Very pleased with their service.

Tech was very professional, communicated well, showed up when he said would, diagnosed our problem quickly, and is following up with our unit's manufacturer for warranty work.

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
