Best Water Softener Installation in Fort Wayne IN

Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

Matt and Joel were AWESOME! Quality work. Professional. Got me in before my scheduled appointment. A little pricey but very good service!

Ken was so great ,very professional and very prompt ,very nice and a hell of a good job ,I would highly recommend him again and Poormans heating and air cooling great service . I called that day and the next day they were out here ,they even called ahead best place and service ever.👍🔥.

3. They actually took on the challenge of repairing a problem that another plumbing company didn't feel like messing with.
4. They went out of their way to get parts they needed and finished the same day. Actually within the hour.
5.They gave me straight up honest answers with no hesitation on every question I had.
6. The cost was realistic and fair.
All in all it was a comfortable experience with no unexpected issues and carried out very professionally.

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
