Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

I got multiple estimates for a new Furnace and A/C for my home, before being recommended MJM by a friend. Their estimate came in lower than all the others (significantly lower than some companies), and they had still had the top of the line equipment I was expecting. The service technicians were prompt, friendly, and answered all my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend MJM Mechanical to anyone shopping for a new HVAC system.

Poorman's has been wonderful to business with. When they came to install my A/C and Furnace today, the guys were extremely professional. They needed to put the A/C unit in a different place due to a water meter being in the way. Rather than just moving it, they asked me if it was okay to move. They answered all my questions no problem. Couldn't recommend these guys more!

I am blown away by Sheets and their professionalism and their commitment to caring for their customers. We had several companies come out, and I instantly had a good feeling about Sheets when I welcomed them into my home for the estimate. During the installation, they even went out of their way to fix some piping that was causing carbon monoxide leaks into my basement. With a 3 year old and a baby coming shortly I was incredibly thankful for them doing that free of charge. I cannot recommend Sheets enough!

Mark and Ricky were very professional and friendly! Answered all of our questions, got us up and running, and a game plan for the future! Highly recommend!

I called on Monday morning with an issue and they were there to help resolve the issue that afternoon but unfortunately my system was 19 years old and it didn't make sense to put the amount of money in it to possibly get a little more time so we decided to have it replaced. My new system was installed the next day!!!!

My tech from Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling came out to look at our water hammer issue. He arrived during the specified window and took the time to explain what was going on. After diagnosing the problem and deciding on the next step, He made the repair in the same trip. When I initially called I was able to easily schedule it out two days, so I could work around my schedule. He was really great at explaining what was going on and answered a few other minor plumbing questions, too. As somewhat recent home owners, this added a huge amount of value to the service as well. Highly recommend!!!

I was very impressed with the experience, professionalism and the friendliness of the tech. He had our problem diagnosed and fixed promptly. He also took the time to explain to me how to reset the control myself if it happens again. I will definitely use their company again in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend.

Ryan and Miguel were fantastic. They came to us with equipment set up from another company. They were great in explaining what we had, what we needed, and what our next steps are. Ryan especially spent time making sure he was giving suggestions that best met our business needs while keeping costs in mind. I really appreciate their patience in walking us through all aspects of the system and how it works with every other appliance in our building. He suggested a few options that would help us going forward. He was always professional and positive about our current and future situation. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
