They sent a tech to my house while I was at work. The technician said we needed a new part and they would get back with us on a price. Days later still no response so my wife called them back and they sent out a supervisor. The supervisor quoted around 700 dollars to my wife. We decided to get a second opinion. Good thing. I dont know if they just mis diagnosed the problem or were trying to take advantage of a woman but all I needed was a Thermostat. That second opinion saved me 600 dollars.

Poorman's installed a new heating and cooling system in our home and we could not be happier. After an initial service call revealed our old system was dead, we worked with Tyler to design our new system. He was patient, transparent and answered all our questions as we reviewed multiple quotes. On the day of the installation the team ran into some unexpected issues (with our house), but they handled it in stride. It was a long day but they did not leave until we had cool air coming out of our vents! The follow through over the next few days was excellent as they tied up loose ends and ensured the system was working as intended. Every Poorman's associate we came into contact with was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We highly recommend.

I had a pretty big plumbing job on a very old house and very old plumbing. It was easy from the estimate to the work being done. I asked for masks to be worn and they were more than happy to comply. Tony And the man who was with him, sorry didn’t get his name, were professional, very work oriented, were in and out a lot quicker than I thought. The work looks great And I am very happy with the job they did. The office staff were more than helpful also.I’m very happy with the company and will call them again.

Excellent business to work with. Came out same day to fix a valve that had broken shut and left my house without water. They coordinated with the City Water utility so I didn't have to. Technician who came on site was incredibly friendly, professional, and completed the job very quickly. I would not hesitate to call them for any of my plumbing needs in the future! A++

Melting snow on a stove to flush toilets gets old quickly. Fortunately, Neal and Jake from Korte to the rescue and had our water problem fixed quickly. I especially appreciated Neal explaining exactly what they we're doing and why. I have a severe hearing loss from my deployment to Iraq 15 years ago, but he spoke up clearly and I had no trouble understanding. Frozen pipe between the well and pressure tank was the culprit, but they checked everything! I am glad it was not a bad pump and the pipe was accessible and they quickly had it thawed and no leaks! Water back on! Thanks Neal and Jake!

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
