My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

We were using a different local company and kept having the same issue multiple times a year. We decided to try Northeast Mechanical Services and they were able to quickly locate the root of the issue and resolve it. I am SO thankful. We will be customers for life.

Great communication with the girl who answered phone. I thought I was having a great experience with my technician. He told me he was cleaning it or the maintained for $89. I'm not sure what he did but I paid $75 for his knowledge? And than $65 trip charge. When I said I couldn't afford more than $200 he was done and stopped working on my furnace. I'm pretty sure I paid your technician to look at my furnace. So now I get pay an additional $90 to someone to actually clean it since I thought that's what I was paying your technician for. I won't be using you again when I do replace my furnace. Josh called said he was going to make things right but never returned our calls. We won't be using them again.

Poorman's were able to order and provide a needed part for us to fix our furnace with no hassle. The office staff was friendly and I'm very happy with their service. If we need service again in the future I'll be giving them a call.

I love this place, my parents had been with them since 2002, when they passed I stayed with them because they new the unit and the house, I just had to call them they day before veterans day because my furnace stopped working, Austin was here on Veterans day and fixed it. The best service company around in my book.

After accidentally cutting through a 3/4” pipe, I called Hattersly and they responded within an hour to my request for a residential plumber. Mark came and repaired the pipe, and even assessed other plumbing issues in my house as a courtesy. Very friendly, timely, and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Sewer pipe needed replaced. The team was able to get the job done when other companies would not. I appreciate the whole team and will be using them in the future for any other needs!

My service time frame was from 2-4. Mason came at 2:30, which was great! He was fast and efficient. My outside drain was partially sealed with cement so I thought it was gonna be a huge issue and very costly. Mason had accessed the drain and fixed the problem in less than an hour! The cost was no more than what was quoted to me over the phone. Not only was the service fast, efficient, and affordable, but Mason was the nicest guy and was in the best mood. A+ Korte! It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
