I called and was able to get an appointment the same day but needed to reschedule for the following day because I was at work. I had Josh who was so pleasant when he called to tell me that he was on his way. Hopefully all service technicians are as personable and professional as Josh.

Great communication with the girl who answered phone. I thought I was having a great experience with my technician. He told me he was cleaning it or the maintained for $89. I'm not sure what he did but I paid $75 for his knowledge? And than $65 trip charge. When I said I couldn't afford more than $200 he was done and stopped working on my furnace. I'm pretty sure I paid your technician to look at my furnace. So now I get pay an additional $90 to someone to actually clean it since I thought that's what I was paying your technician for. I won't be using you again when I do replace my furnace. Josh called said he was going to make things right but never returned our calls. We won't be using them again.

From the beginning, we were so pleased with the level of professionalism, as well as the thorough assessment when they were bidding the job. We were given a very fair bid, and our nice new system was installed yesterday. They worked a long hard day to get the project done, and then took the time to explain our new system and asked if we had any questions. They even pointed out that our water heater was backdrafting, which I possibly would have never discovered. I highly recommend Sheets; in fact, I will probably utilize their other services, as well. EXCEPTIONAL in every way

I would definitely recommend this company, they did a great job we had great guys to do the work , they were courteous, they let you know when there on there way . We felt they were very affordable for all we got. We had a couple mishaps happened while they were on project and they fixed it with no fuss or problems . Great bunch of guys to work with . We will be telling our family and friends when there in the buying of new . Thank you w.c borchelt and sons for your work. This customer is a very happy one.

Let me start by saying that my maintenance closet is very small and the two Service Technicians (Denny/Weston) did an Excellent Job installing my new wall mounted Weil-McLain Evergreen Pro Condensing Gas Boiler. These gentlemen are definitely Professional. Well at least Denny…lol. Just kidding Weston. The Technicians were on time and answer all my questions. If you’re upgrading your system these Technicians are Excellent!

The technician set my thermostat to 64 to get the AC running so he could perform the maintenance. The service provided was satisfactory, but he left and my thermostat was still at 64. My windows were wide open and I didn't notice for 2 hours. My electric bill will reflect that!! Not too happy!

Wesley came out for a clogged sewer line and had a helper. They did a fantastic job and got it cleared out. They were very professional and kind. Thank you Wesley and Summers. Great Job

James and his assistant Ben identified issues with my heating and A/C units and because if this and on the same day, arrange with a Korte sales reps the purchase of new HVAC units (my current units are 16+ yrs old). James and Ben were very friendly, courteous and professional during their visit, plus they were very educational in the HVAC system.

T&T employees were prompt and very polite.

Completely enjoyable experience with Korte. We had an emergent plumbing issue, and needed a quick response. Korte quickly sent Jake, and he was able to expertly resolve our problem that day. Jake was on time, clearly explained the problem, offered solution options, worked hard, cleaned up afterwards - all with a friendly and positive attitude. AND, at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Korte and Jake for all your plumbing needs.

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
