The morning we were taking my husband in for surgery, we woke up to our furnace out. Panicking at 5 am, we called Rolf Griffin’s 24 hour service number. By 8:30, they were at our house, by 9 we found out our 22 year old furnace was done for. We had to leave for the hospital, but they stayed and finished what they could do and sent all the paperwork via email so I could get this moving from the hospital. Chad, our wonderful sales contact, told us they’d have it installed the next day. He offered to bring out space heaters to get us through the night, and I’m sure they do that for everyone, but it felt so personalized. An hour later I got a call telling us they didn’t want my husband coming home from the hospital to a cold house, so they were going to get us in the same day. A bit later, Ryan and Devon were at our house getting our new furnace and air conditioner installed in 29 degree weather. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and cleaned everything up (there was a lot of dirt involved in replacing that 22 yo furnace). They talked us through everything, went over the service plan, and Devon even helped us get our phones programmed to the thermostat. I can’t speak highly enough of this entire team! It’s never a good day when an expense like this comes up, but man did they make us feel taken care of from beginning to end. Thank you all so much!!!!

Did a great job explaining what he did and why, and what to expect down the road. Everything was in excellent shape after 5+ years … a testament to the original installers. Felt SO bad when they got their service truck off into our culvert… I normally have markers up and it’s so easy to miss. Fortunately a neighbor brought his tractor and pulled it right out. No damage, no harm no foul.

March 2019 Post --Dave and Jim saved my life! My kitchen sink was absolutely not draining at all….there was a huge grease clog stuck way down in a fitting.But Jim is an artist with a drain auger and was able to get over 35 feet into my kitchen piping. He was able to clear the clog and now my sink drains even faster than when my home was brand new!Dave and Jim even had a hydro jetter on standby in case the auger couldn’t clear it.Summers has never let me down! Miserable start to the day.But one quick call to Summers put me at ease!The very professional and courteous dispatcher put me in immediate touch with their on-duty plumber (Dallas), who walked me through getting things in a safe condition.In less than 30 minutes, Dallas was at my house. He had the old water heater disconnected, drained and out of the way in no time.An installation team was at my home with a new Bradford White unit by early afternoon.The entire Summers team is amazingly efficient and professional!They also do a great job of answering all questions, and take the time to explain how home heating, cooling & plumbing systems work.I’ve been a Summers customer since 2015 and its one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Melting snow on a stove to flush toilets gets old quickly. Fortunately, Neal and Jake from Korte to the rescue and had our water problem fixed quickly. I especially appreciated Neal explaining exactly what they we're doing and why. I have a severe hearing loss from my deployment to Iraq 15 years ago, but he spoke up clearly and I had no trouble understanding. Frozen pipe between the well and pressure tank was the culprit, but they checked everything! I am glad it was not a bad pump and the pipe was accessible and they quickly had it thawed and no leaks! Water back on! Thanks Neal and Jake!
