This was my first time using this business. They were prompt about returning my call and arrived when they said they would.

Ken arrived early, was very polite and knowledgeable about the issue. He resolved my AC problem quickly.

Have a 3 year old Trane furnace that froze up twice in the winter. The installing contractors were unable to determine cause, and didn't want to pursue. The guys at Sheets came out and fixed some shoddy installation work. I will use Sheets for all of my future HVAC and plumbing needs.

They were supposed to fix my bathroom sink but it is still leaking. The pipes needed replaced and they said it was good to go. Upon using it when I got home - there was water laying under the pipes that had just been fixed this morning.

I purchased a new maintenance agreement and filter and found the price was fair and reasonable. He told me that if I don’t use all my 3 visits in a year, they carry over to the next year. Called on a Friday to have furnace looked at as we suspected problem. That afternoon they came for inspection and confirmed our concerns. Worked with Jeff on our various options. Jeff presented in a very easy to understand manner. Scheduled new furnace and A/C for Tuesday. Greg called on his way. He and Caleb were very professional. They showed up on time, finished on time, walked us through everything, and cleaned up. It is obvious that Greg enjoys what he does and takes pride in doing it right. Thank you.
