House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

They were recommended by Home Depot. Austin came out and fixed the pilot light on the water heater. He advised that the heater was old and needed replacing. A couple of days later we had him come back out to give us a new water heater. He did it in the time he said, and did a great job. We are very pleased with them.

I called Borchelt today , I was having a problem with my heat. They came out within 1/2 hour & found the problem & cleaned the unit for $99.99. It's working great. Nice to have an HVAC company you can call & feel confident they will find the problem quickly & honestly & at a fair price. I'll call them again if I need anything done with my heat or air conditioner.

I've used Rolf Griffin for several years and am very satisfied with their service and professionalism. Last week, Nick Vandersloot serviced my wall mounted air conditioners and discovered some goo that had accumulated in my unit upstairs. Today, he came out and cleaned that unit. My wife and I can now rest easy knowing that we will remain healthy and cool this summer. If you have a wall mounted unit, I would recommend that you have your technician advise you if yours needs to have this cleaning done. Nick tells me that it is something that should be done every 4 or 5 years. I've requested that he be the person to conduct my annual visit.

Gabe is very polite, and professional. He found the issue that was causing our problem quickly, and fixed it. He also told us how to properly maintain the area. He talked to us about the value provided by having a maintenance program in place. We a very grateful for what he accomplished for us. I highly recommend this company.

They were very courteous and willing to work what's best for the customer versus what fits in their schedule. They were open to any questions or concerns and even gave good suggestions for other issues I had in the house and how to maintain my system.
