My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

I called MJM Mechanical to do a furnace maintenance on my home furnace. I spoke with Liz from the office and she gave me the relevant information including price and what would be done and we decided to move our service over to them from our previous company. When the tech come out, he informed me that the previous company we had been using in Columbia City was not even doing the maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner. We was paying them almost twice what we paid MJM to do nothing and yet MJM came out, serviced the furnace for half the cost of the prior company and was nothing short of honest, up front and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this company for your heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs. Brandon came out as my tech, and he is absolutely wonderful to work with and he would be highly recommended also.

Installer was very professional and went to work immediately to get the job done in a timely matter. We always use Merz Plumbing and Heating.

We called Sheets late one night due to an issue with our furnace pushing cold air instead of hot. Austin H arrived a short time later and diagnosed the issue. He was very friendly and professional, even at this late hour. He took the time to work on the issue, explain it thoroughly and not try to rush his way out.
A few months later, we had another issue with our furnace so we called Sheets again. Austin C arrived and fixed the problem a short time later. Again, he took the time to investigate, diagnose and repair the issue. He was friendly and professional answering all questions I had about the furnace and hot water heater. I began thinking about replacing them both.
Jeremy was sent out to quote the replacement of our furnace and air conditioner. He presented my wife and I with several options to think about. He took time to explain what all the options were and how they would operate in our home. The next day I called back to add the hot water heater. We weighed our options and scheduled installation.
Austin C, Gabe Mason and Tyler arrived just after 8:00 on installation day and I do not believe they stopped until they were finished into the evening. It was a large job and they completed it beautifully. After completion, they walked me through the new system and options. All three were very professional, friendly and a joy to have around.
We are extremely happy with the choice to go with Sheets Central-Air and see this as our guy for anything relating to heating, cooling and plumbing. Thank you Sheets for a wonderful relationship.

Mark and Ron were professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything they were doing and what I still need to do. Got the roots out of my sewer and unclogged my bathroom. They showed up on time, were efficient and I would definitely have them do more work at my home

Six month maintenance appointment went as planned. The tech showed up out of the 2 hour window I was given but understandable this time of year. I like that they have a service plan that you pay monthly and also it sounds like they have a couple different options for financing the new air/furnace that I'll need soon. Austin Grischke was my tech and he was great.

The technician Gabriel is here on time and showed me the pictures of the condition of my air conditioner prior to the maintenance and after. What a difference. Gabe has a friendly demeanor and a quick smile. It was good to learn how many years experience he has in this field. Very pleased.

Austin was Very informative took time to explain everything and all options. Very nice and polite.

The tradesman that performed the service at my home was extremely professional and friendly. I will definitely use Korte again in the future if needs arise.
