Best Air Systems in Fort Wayne IN

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

Have used this company several times from repair to full buildout. I am confident in their work and timely courtesy.

I cannot thank MJM enough! AC went out in a 7 year old home and I had several companies come out. Many of them wanted to replace the entire system to make more money. I knew this was BS, and that's when somebody recommended MJM Mechanical. First off, John replied right away after contacting them (and it was at night). This was the ONLY company that checked whether my parts were still under warranty (which they were). Just a few days after coming out to look at the AC and receiving the parts, they had it fixed within a few hours. Thank you for your honesty, quick responses, and knowledge. I typically do not leave reviews, but this company deserves it and I put their business card in my utility room. Good job guys! :)

There are all polite and respectful. Everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions even at 2am to fix a pump. They fix things for n/c if they notice something not correct without questions.

Had Mark come and fix my heat pump. He had it figured out and back working in no time. I've had Mark work on stuff before when he was with other companies he worked for. He knows his stuff and works very hard at finding and fixing the problem and has a solution in no time. A Hattersley & Sons should be very thankful and proud to have such a great worker and person on their team! Highly recommended Mark for anything you have an issue with.

Nathan 531 was wonderful. Thorough service of heating and cooling. Apologized for the long delay in arrival. Not his fault. To RG: please honor your service window times. Mine was for 8-12p and he left here closer to 3:30.p. Wasted a day off work. Second time this happened. Last time I couldn’t wait and had to reschedule for yesterday. So two mornings wasted. Lost wages as well

Carlos was professional and informative. He let me know that the broken faucet was under warranty so I got the manufacture to send the parts necessary for the repair and now I just need to pay for labor
